On aug 9 I went in for a cut and colour. I asked for an ombré and my hair was previously grown out with blonde highlights so I thought for sure it'd be much easier to lighten up. Anyways I went in and all she did was dye my roots and pretty much looked the exact same and looked nothing like an ombré. My hair was passed my shoulders and I wanted it just above and she did nothing but cut it straight and it looks choppy and unflattering so now I keep it up. I'm so upset and I will never return there again. Couple hundred to look the exact same with an ugly haircut. Btw, hairdressers name was Tracy. She wouldn't listen to my opinion and kept thinking she was right. I had such high hopes...

Gone here for several years, staff is always friendly, and even they always get very creative...my wife and I will never get the head shaved/trimmed/cut/colored from anywhere else! Tell the stylists how you want it and it'll be done that way, I've gone to every worker once or twice at least.

Went for a hair cut a few weeks ago for myself and my daughter. Both of them ended up being botched and awful, and not at all what was asked for. Both were SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than we had asked for, so there was nothing that could even be done to fix it. Center location is significantly better in terms of quality and getting what you ask and pay for.

Ive been here a couple times over the years and nobody has cut my hair how i like or want, i have not had a good haircut by anyone since 2007. I will try the male hairdresser next time and hopefully he can give me what i want. Cried in my car for 20 minutes after I left completely unsatisfied. I said i wanted lots of layers even if it was too short to put it up, the layers start at my sholder and not at all what i asked for.

So I’ve been going to this salon for over 7 years now and never have I ever walked out unhappy .. that was until April 6th when I got my hair bleached .. I had shown the girl what I wanted and had made it very clear that that’s what I wanted .. my hair is a light brown colour and I was going blonde and I understand that sometimes it might not come out as I wanted it but ... this is ridiculous .. when I went and got my hair bleached here last year .. my hair was down to my butt and the hair looked amazing and it came out to $200 and that’s with a $20 tip. This time I went in expecting the same hairstyle I had shown her and in the end I got dirty blonde hair .. with a lot of my natural brown showing .. which is not at all what I wanted .. she didn’t even come close enough to my roots .. which means that my roots are already looking like they need to be redone and it has only been a month since. I feel like I got ripped off and I will never be going back to that hair salon. My hair was at least 10 inches shorter this time and you’d think that it would be less money then I spent last time .. but the bill came out to $220 and when I had called to talk to a manager about my confusion about everything .. she wasn’t helpful what so ever .. she basically told me “ sucks to suck”..I just thought that I would share my experience because I do not want anybody else feeling the way I did.

I was going to a large family event and needed to have my hair done. I am new to the city and saw many people reccomend this salon so I decided to try it. I told the person at the front desk what I wanted and she booked me in with a stylist for a cut and color. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she told me it would be no problem at all. We started with the color and it looked like it was going well until she told me she wanted to put a toner on. We had spent 2 hours bleaching and coloring my hair to pretty much the color I wanted and she totally ruined it all by putting on the wrong toner. She then proceeded to cut my hair. I had told her I wanted it left a little longer than the photo I had shown her as I would be having pictures done. The haircut ended up a LOT shorter and not the style I had shown her. I had to go back 2 days later to try and have her fix the color but she hadn't even written me in the books and worked on my hair in between her appts.. Needless to say 4 hours later my hair didn't look any better. I spent over $150 for a terrible cut and color and no apology was given or refund offered.

He is always willing to try new colours, and puts total dedication into all of his work. I am naturally a brunette, and he has created a very workable blonde colour for my complection and skin tone. I have never been unsatisfied and always get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. All of the staff there are very friendly and easygoing.

Very disappointed with this salon. I called 5 different salons looking for a place to do a spiral perm (on my mom who lives 4 hours away). The receptionist said they did spiral perms and I booked 2 weeks in adavance. I dropped my mom off for her appointment and her hair dresser thought she was COLORING my moms hair, not a spiral perm ????. The hairdresser wasn’t comfortable doing this perm and the girl who does spiral perms was in Mexico. So my mom got a trim and a “sorry”. Luckily the Regis salon was able to accommodate my mom the same day, kudos to them.

Walked in today to inquire about their services. I walked in and 3 staff were just sitting there talking. I had to say hi before anyone acknowledged me. I asked about some services and the answers were empty and uninformative. I decided to go else where in the mall. I was turned off by them before getting 3 feet in the door. Didnt even get a hello or anything. Too bad, seems like a great place. I also know the owners are very hands on and proud of their stores, im sure they will be just as disappointed. Wont ever try there again.
