I was refered to this place by a family friend I wanted to get my roots done blonde. I called around to a couple places and I got 100 dollars and up for quotes..Went here she said do you want do go white blonde and I said yea and she did an amazing job on it.. I was there for a while but the end result was worth it! She is super nice and funny also she hussels really hard she's a hard worker!! she was doing 4 people, answering phone calls, and never took a break!!. the price I paid was 80 bucks for a full color I thought she was joking.. going back and getting it toned which is included in the price! cheapest place to go! I am a lifetime customer for sure! Thanks for putting a smile on my face Julie.

My appointment was at 2. I finally left at 6. I went in with brownie red hair, desperate to go back to blonde. 4 hours later I finally was released from my chair at 6pm. I was in tears and stressed, looking 10 years old when I left with horrible dish water colour looking hair! I went in feeling 32, I left the salon feeling 62!! I won’t be back. Over booking and sitting for what seemed forever. It was a longest experience in the chair I’ve ever had . I cried for 2 days. Now it’s back to shoppers self for my blonde hair . :( I did not receive the hair cut I wanted, nothing about this appointment satisfied my hair needs at all .I’m not moving back to North Bay…I’m staying in the area

This place is a hidden gem in downtown Belleville, I got my hair washed and cut there yesterday. Julie did an awesome job while being pleasant and attentive, ensuring I was happy with the cut as she went along. The prices are reasonable and I will definitely be back.
