I have been getting my hair done at The Salon since I was a child. It’s a beautiful modern salon that knows what they’re doing. I wholeheartedly trust Marissa with my hair, and Lauren is amazing at giving head massages. Rachel at the front desk is the bomb. She is so friendly and a joy to see when you arrive! Professional, all the best products & staff & they keep up to date with the trends and best hair practices!

The positive Perspective

I went for curtain bangs and the hairdresser I had (Heather) did not cut them even on both sides.... They don’t sit the same at all and I have to go for another cut to even them out somewhere else. For the price I paid, it should of been done properly. Extremely OVERPRICED for what I received. The place was clean and well organized though.

Ya I was really comfortable here . Not all salons make it welcoming for men to come in ,however this was not the case at all . I was totally at ease the stylist was really easy go talk . I've been here twice and each time I have a perfect experience. Their prices are standard and fair, the staff are so sweet, and the actual salon is pretty nice inside. I can book a last-minute appointment with ease as well through Google or their website. I'm from Ottawa and tried several salons, yet this one is in my top three of salon choice for professionalism, quality of work, and price.

Had a hair cut after a long time out of toronto. Truly professional hair cut by Jomert. He is up to the date with the trend and the hair cut he did for me transformed me into another person and made me look more younger. You just tell him how you want it and he will get the job done. Mind you he talks a lot, at the same time he focuses on the job. You will go out the salon with a happy smile. I am sure I will definitely come back to the store next time for a hair cut to try a different style and I hope Jomert will be there to help me out. The staff were excellent and courteous. I live out-of-town, so this was my first time visiting The Salon. I was greeted immediately, coat was taken and a coffee/tea was offered. The salon itself is clean and modern with a relaxed feel. Wendy my stylist, was fantastic! She was extremely attentive while listening to my wants and needs, than gave some wonderful suggestions. I got my hair done here about 3 weeks ago.. the staff are very friendly and the place is clean and well kept.However I got a full head of highlights and a cut the price was ridiculous 310.00 to be exact. I am not impressed it hasn’t even been a month and my hair is already starting to fade. It was nice and blonde the first few days after that it started fading into a more dirty blonde which is not what I asked for at all. I am very upset that I wasted so much of my money.

It’s the perfect place to meet a friend or two for a pedicure (and wine!), Renee always leaves me with low maintenance cuts and a lasting colour, and Jomert is absolutely wonderful for men’s and kids cuts!
