They took me in right away which is the only good thing I can say. They werent overly polite, I had a shellac removal and shellac manicure that was rushed- no nail or cuticle trimming, no hand massage. They painted on my cuticle which made for a really hideous manicure that peeled nearly immediately. To top it off they are expensive and dont charge according to their price list. I had a fantastic shellac removal and manicure at the Spah for the same price to fix this mess- lesson learned

I went for a pedicure with my mum and they did an amazing job! Honestly, my nails and feet never looked so good! They were very friendly and it was such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Star Nails!

They always squeeze me in when they can because I’m usually a last minute person with my schedule. They’ve created some of the best nails art on me :) I love showing them off :) Its always a great experience , positive moods and happy environment.

My sister and I left very disappointed from Star Nails. We called in advance and were quoted one price and when we got there and the service was complete we were told another price. There were no add ons or anything different from what we asked for on the phone so we were both confused. In addition to this, the gentleman painted and cured shellac on my fingers and somehow missed big sections of my nails all together. My sister had a similar experience where the lady didnt put on enough coats and so her nails looked lumpy and just haphazardly done. We paid, we went out to the car to discuss what we should do, went back to show them why we were displeased so they would have a chance to fix it.... But they closed their shop over an hour earlier than the posted time. What we learned- -Quality is (in our opinion) not their top priority -They are inconsistent with their pricing -The Google reviews are very misleading I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. We both had to pay somewhere else to redo our nails.... Which, even with the new salon removing the poor application from Star Nails, it was less expensive for the exact same service. I really do hope it was an off day for them. But I know we will never be back.

I loathe myself

This place is always super friendly to me and my grandma! I like getting acrylic done and I've always gone there! For my grad, for days when im feeling down, or when i need my nails redone! Always open to what the customer wants, and always makes me smile when they are greatful for the tip! I absolutely love this place!

I go to Nails Star from around one year and I am very happy with my pedicure every time done by Ha. She does excellent work and listened to my suggested. And she helps me with problems. I tried a few places before and everybody very expensive and not doing good work. Thanks, so much :)

Andy did a fabulous job. had to remove my bio gel first and was so careful not to knick the skin then was very fastidious about applying the cats eye polish. highly recommended and if I lived nearby they would be my regular salon now

I went there with my aunt it wasn’t that bad they do pre good gel nails but not so good with acrylics,most of the time they rush so your nails don’t look the best after but overall the woman was nice man was kind of strict but decent prices I’d go back there if you wanted the best gel nails ever but make sure you get the woman but also wouldn’t recommend anything else there

They are great, friendly service, colors and nails last for weeks. And when I ask for thin they did an amazing job so that I can still do my job easily. They also did my daughter's for her birthday and she loves them too. Definitely recommend them and will be going back.

The woman that seems to run this place is very rude. She flat out ignored me when I spoke to her when she did my nails. The prices advertised and quoted are different than what you pay. I will not return. Poorly run.
