Always professional and courteous staff, the product selection is amazing. If they don't have what you are looking for they do their best to accommodate. Every time I've gone in the store has always been meticulously clean. *Worthy to note, this store only sells to Licenced professionals.

I am not sure what the deal is with this store. I have been buying hair products and accessories for my daughters from them for a while now. Today I went in with my daughters and was turned away. One of the staff claimed that they do not sell to the public despite my previous purchases at the store. They told me to goto the sister store around the corner, witch I did, but they did not have the same products. They have no signage stating they do not sell to the public, so what is the deal?

All the employees are rude and put off an attitude of being better and knowing everything more than you do. And when I do state some sort of knowledge I get the "that's wrong." When the last time I was in there an employee told me that... seems like they just always have to be right ????
