Just got my haircut this past weekend...Did they raise their prices...Normally the cost was 11.50 and I would tip it up to 15.00...Please explain why I was charged 21.50 for the same haircut I've received the past twp years and the straight razor part was omitted

I got my hair cut about 2 weeks ago and there was young girls I've never seen working there. I wouldn't mind that but the girl who did my hair was SO rude and wouldn't stop complaining and criticizing me about my hair. Not to mention she overcharged me. I'm not going back lmao

I've been getting my hair cut there since 1989, back in the Bruno days! It's changed since then but the quality remains the same. The place has turned into a family hair care center and there are lots of ladies showing up to get their hair done. This is a pain for a guy because the ladies take so darn long. Every time I would show up for a quick cut I would see that the quick option wasn't going to be there. I've even gone to other barbers in those cases when I wanted a cut now, only to be disappointed that I didn't just wait! But if there is any good thing that has come out of this COVID BS, is the fact that now you can book an appointment online. AWESOME! Now I know when I'll have my cut. Two thumbs up!!
