I came in hoping for a great experience, however that’s not what I got. It just wasn’t for me. I wasn’t thrilled with the shape the cut gave my hair, and unfortunately the stylist who did my hair maybe wasn’t having a great day simply because she wasn’t all that pleasant. I booked an appointment a week in advance and still felt rushed through the whole process and then I was left with wet hair walking out. I won’t be returning yet I know others have had good experiences. It just wasn’t for me.

I absolutely adore Untangled Hair Group! I have been going to this salon since I found KariAnn a couple years ago. KariAnn is a fellow natural curly hair that knows the struggles of finding someone that can cut natural curls properly! She was (and still IS!) such an amazing find. Kaitlyn has such an amazing eye (especially with colour!) and always knows what will look great! She's very professional, and so much FUN! It's also a Green salon so they care about the environment, AND they've recently taken to being a pet sponsor at the Saskatoon SPCA! Amazing people doing amazing work. It's such a great experience every time I visit the salon I look for reasons to go back sooner!

Absolutely amazing. I was lucky enough to get in same day in order to fix my botched 'do from another salon. Kaitlyn, a senior stylist, performed miracles on my hair. She not only amended my hair, but she somehow managed to make this repair-job the most beautiful hairstyle I've ever had. Kaitlyn was meticulous with how she placed highlights and blended in tones - her perfectionism gave me the gorgeous ice blonde I have today. The environment was welcoming and warm,. Each staff member there was friendly and professional in the way they engaged with each other and the clients. I'll be coming back for all my hair-care needs!

I had ok haircut back in September by a more junior stylist (but I realized later it was quite uneven), and a great haircut by a more experienced stylist in the last couple of weeks which I was very happy with.

I've never been so impressed with a quick trim before... Kaitlyn did an amazing job of getting rid of my dead ends whilst maintaining as much of my length as possible. She had great tips for me, and was so diligent and detailed as she dusted away my split ends. It was my first time going to see Kaitlyn. She was great. She took the time to listen to what I wanted (or more like didnt want!), gave me her professional opinion and options. She didnt make me feel rushed or dumb when I asked for more hair to be taken off or for something to be cut a certain way. I would def come back and would recommend Kaitlyn. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because I purchased some hair product and I ended up tipping off the entire total and not just the haircut. I didnt realize until I got home on why my total was more than I anticipated. That I wasnt overly impressed with.

I just got back from my appointment with Misty. I cannot say enough good things about her! I have been going to Misty for a few years now, and I don’t know if I could ever switch from her. Her positive attitude, professionalism, training, sense of humour, etc is what continues to bring me back. When I first saw her, my hair was damaged and in need of the skills she has. I now have hair that continues to grow at ridiculous speed and is in amazing condition. I’ve battled with psoriasis break outs on my scalp and neck, and Misty has taken the time to look at what she can do to help. She has also been able to find products to suggest that won’t inferred with my psoriasis or gluten sensitivity. Misty is hands down one of the best stylists you could ever ask for. I would recommend her to anyone in search of someone they can trust with their hair and scalp. :)

I dyed my black hair in this place one month ago and paid around 380$. The first picture is what I asked them to do and the second picture is the color I got after. I was soooo upset that I didn't even complain. If you have black hair, this place is not a good place to go. They don't have skill to deal with black hair.
