Donna is a good hairdresser and usually a nice person. I always booked my hair appointments three weeks in advance to have my color done. During the time my color was processing, I was not able to stay at her station and was moved from one uncomfortable seating to another, so that she could do as many customers in between my booked appointments. This was okay with me once in a while. However, it was often and it turned into a very unpleasant experience. When I voiced my objection, she told me that if I was not satisfied with this arrangement she would charge me more for her service. She also spoke to me like this in the presence of other customers. I never went back!!!
