I liked my haircut, but not my hair dye colour. It is also very expensive. The atmosphere is great and staff are very friendly, but I would recommend going somewhere else if you want a specific colour in your hair and will not be happy if it’s not exactly what you wanted.

I researched a lot of salons from Toronto to Barrie as there was a specific hair cut, style and look I was wanting. My hair at the time was short and very dark...almost black..a cute pixie cut that I always got complements for but it was time for a big change to mark a milestone in my life. I met up with Carm and showed her what I wanted and suggested extensions because the thought of growing out my hair and being patient wasn’t something that appealed to me so Carm said she’d seek the opinion of others and get back to me which she did. Bottom line...baby steps...no extension as they damage your hair and cost a fortune...this would be a process of cuts and gradual colours... so I decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did! My hair and colour look awesome...and although my hair is still growing out, I couldn’t be more happier. Wish I could post a before and after pic because you’d be shocked of the transformation that only took 2mths. I now have a great undercut and my hair is light with blonde. Friends, family and coworkers are amazed how much of a change I made and how amazing it looks...my only regret....I didn’t do it sooner!! I Love this place!!

I asked Carm to do a French braid which was a challenge with my fine shoulder length hair. She did a beautiful job. I was surprised it was even possible. This was my first time at the salon and will not be my last. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a very positive experience.

Treat yourself and get your hair done at Tinted Love Hair Studio. The studio is brand new and it's beautiful. I had a great experience from start to finish. I was booked in with Carm, the owner. My appointment started with sipping on a cappuccino while we chatted about my vision for my hair. She completely understood what I was looking for and my hair turned out gorgeous! She really knows her stuff. If you're nervous about trying something new or going somewhere new, go here. You'll feel 100% confident in her as quickly as I did.
