Tiffany did a great job today on my hair cut. She's very thorough and pays attention to details; being sure the cut was even on each side and just how I requested. Excellent customer service. I will be sure to ask for Tiffany again for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience at Red Hair Studio. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere is professional yet welcoming and the customer service was great. Michellyn took the time to understand what I wanted (even though I admittedly didn't give her a lot to go on) and then delivered fantastic results. The best hair cut and highlight I've ever had. I only wish I had tried this location sooner.

Highly recommend! Had a deva curl appt here with Carla (devacut & pintura highlights) and would highly recommend! Carla's warm and professional and explains what steps she's taking along the way during the appt so you get some hair maintenance/styling education along the way! To top it off, if you have special product preferences, she'll order them to use for your next appt!

Red Hair Studio is amazing! First Megan reached out to me on a Facebook post. She was super nice and friendly and explained the whole process and gave a super reasonable quote and made sure to stay in that range. We were changing my daughter's hair from red back to blonde. It took 2 treatments and the result was amazing! The receptionist is super kind, funny and very personable. Will definitely be going back!

I went here for a birthday present from my boyfriend, I wanted to go from ombré to a medium red colour. The girl (I believe is Amanda) was super nice, very talkative and what not was great. I told her when I had gotten my hair done last, it wasn't even close to what I wanted and it completly disappointed me. I was hesitant on going to another salon incase they were going to mess up again. How ever the colour turned out great, I only wish it would've stayed in my hair longer than less than a month. The blonde started to show through even though I used red hair shampoo. I would've thought that the red would just stuck to the blonde but I guess her dye didn't. I'm now going over to box dye, even if it doesn't work it's okay, at least I'm not paying $160 for it to not last long.

If it wasn't for my hairdresser Sophie I wouldn't be coming here. It's moved to one of the sketchist areas in Barrie (Mary Street) I wouldn't feel safe going in the evening alone.

Tiffany is amazing and such a sweetheart. Love my hair and my time chatting and giggling. Only thing I am worried about is the parking in the rear during the winter months as you need to walk down stairs from the parking area. I am sure if it's cleared and salted should be okay.

Have been numerous times in the past with no issues. But recently was really unhappy with the colour I received. Was told by the stylist that she has no time to colour my entire head because I had too much hair (shoulder length...) and I was in the salon for 4 hours...300 dollars later was told if I wanted the rest of it done to rebook and repay. I've been very loyal since moving to barrie and have no clue what went wrong but apparently the owner is also okay with throwing customer service out the window because I called and spoke with reception several times requesting she call me so we could fix things but have yet to receive any follow up. Will not be going back.

Went in for a simple hair cut, and even brought a picture showing what I wanted, saying to leave it LONGER than what it was in the picture. End result: basically a buzz cut that I ended up paying 28.25 for. Extremely not pleased, considering the Stylist apparently that is well trained. Will not go back and will never recommend this place.

Customer Service doesn't seem to be a priority for most businesses these days and so when I have a great experience I feel like sharing it so others like me, can find the best of the best in their community. Red Hair Studio in downtown Barrie is amazing! I am so happy to have finally fiound a great place to go. I absolutely LOVE my hair and I am telling everyone I know to go there (which might bite me in the butt when I can't get an appointment). The girls there are very nice, professional and friendly. The salon itself is beautiful, ask to see the before and after photos....incredible. I can't wait to go back again.

I had a wonderful experience at Red hair salon. I searched for hair salons and found this one. I must say the building is quaint and stylish and smells wonderful From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and had my coat taken and sat in the chair. I had Tiffany and she was so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond we discussed styling options, hair product recommendations, alternatives to ideas I had. She was professional and non judgemental. I loved my hair cut. I can't say enough good things. Even the other client and hairdresser who was there were friendly and smiling. I definitely re-booked and am excited to say I may have found the salon that will be my staple. Thank you

Megan did my hair on Saturday and I am in love! It is a shadow root to lighter red, SO vibrant! I got so many compliments at work today. Was my first time at the salon and I booked to get it touched up after the first time as I was very pleased. Megan was very informative and explained everything she was doing and why and answered all my questions! She was very pleasant and made me feel like I was a regular even though it was only my first time- So far???? I had been dying my hair from a box for a while as I had a bad experience with a home hairdresser, but I will defiantly always be coming back! I even let her trim it which is something I am uneasy with, with new people. Overall 5 stars my hair turned out fantastic, staff was very nice and friendly, and the shop was super clean! Thanks again????

Red Hair Salon is amazing! I had a consultation with Gary. Gary is not your regular hairstylist, he's an artist. He changed my hair color and gave me an entirely different look. I went from drab to fabulous. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
