You can't please everyone apparently, but I have found the stylists at Magicuts friendly, fast and very competent. Like everyone dealing with the general public they can do their best and some people will still find fault.5 years going there and I've always been happy with the service and the haircut !

I have been going here since 2012 for my son’s hair since it’s extremely curly and Anna is our hairdresser. she is fantastic and knows about curly hair since she has it herself. For the last 4 years she has been cutting my other son’s hair and he will not let me bring him anywhere else. My other son is older now, but he still only gets his haircut from her. The other ladies there are also super nice and it’s always a pleasant visit when we go. I recommend this place for a affordable haircut from great friendly hairdressers.

I was recently in magic cuts and had my hair done by.. Tracy Ward ... She was great and helped me out not only in getting my hair colour fixed, but she also repaired as some of my hair was dead and I knew it had to be cut but I was worried that I would lose the length, but some how she cut it and I can still put it up in a ponytail ... I recommend her 100% and she also cuts my son's hair and he will NOT go to anyone else... I give her 5 stars...????????????????????

When I go into the salon I always request Amanda Bowes, as I find she always listens to me for my opinion, and if I ask her about a certain style, she will tell me the truth, which I appreciate very much, because there is nothing worse than paying for something you do not like, at least I think so. On May 8th I went in for a cut and colour. Everyone was so friendly. Cassandra cut,coloured and styled my hair. It had been a long time since I had anything done with my hair. She knew I was nervous about a change and took the time to explain all my options to me that would fit into my busy life. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My husband took our children aged 13 and 7 here for haircuts for the 3 of them. He was treated so rudely by one of the ladies (Tanya)during our kids cuts that he didn't even let them cut his hair. The second lady cut my son's ear and didn't even bother to mention it to my husband. He was too distracted by how many times he had to ask her to redo the haircut so it looked ok, although it still looks awful! The lady even asked him if she should trim around the neck and ears (isn't that part of a haircut?) We won't be going back
