I have been a long time customer of this establishment. I have seen a few stylist in this salon switched to a nice enough young stylist who has been doing my color for the last year. She would consult with the head stylist regarding my color most times. My blonde color has not been right since switching to this stylist however, I wanted to give her a chance to get my blonde right. Every time it was done a few days later it would look orange again. I would contact my stylist to tell her and would suggest myself perhaps I need a toner as I know my hair has orange under tones. Many times she would suggest to leave it and we will gradually get it right over time. My concern was the previous stylist would get it right the first time. Isn't that what is expected by most customers? This has been going on for a period of one year. At one point being frustrated and unhappy with my color I used a box dye. Months later they still haven't been able to get my color right constantly blaming me for the one time I tried to correct it myself many months ago. I had my hair colored by this stylist again last week bought the suggested products in the salon as I always do and compliant with the stylists recommendations for good hair health practices. Again a few days later it looks orange then pulling my hair back a few days later I notice my hair line has a half and inch of dark roots. I paid $400 at this visit for a full color not a partial color to ensure there would be blonde all over. I contacted the salon to simply come back in to at least get my roots done. An appointment was booked then I receive a call the day before by the stylist saying she does not feel comfortable doing my hair and canceled my correction appointment last minute. I felt this to be grossly unfair, unprofessional and unethical. I called back to discuss this with the head stylist in hopes she would schedule me with another stylist who is more experienced and confident in doing my color to be told they will not see me and to go somewhere else. I suggested a refund since I spent so much money only a week ago so I could go to another salon to have my hair fixed. I was basically told too bad and to go somewhere else and was not offer a refund either. Not one of the management staff or the owner reached out to me to rectify this problem until I called to ask to speak with the manger myself as I had scheduled to be there the very next day. She did not attempt to resolve any of my concerns. Not only was the problem not corrected in a professional manner but, I was treated with a sincere lack of respect and dignity. Should this manager not recognize I have no control over the undertones of my hair color and was simply attending the salon to leave it to the professionals. I guess the professionals are not really professionals at all? I found out from the manger that they do not record the color combinations that work for their customers hence all these issues this past year. It would be impossible to remember everyone"s color combinations right? Being a local business owner myself I would never treat my customers this way and hope this review is taken into consideration by the owner and staff so they never treat a loyal, understanding and compliant customer like this in future. This review is completely truthful and not intended to damage this company only to express my concerns as no one will listen to me and basically shut me down. I am an ethical person and did not want to have to go to this extent to be heard and treated fairly.

Horribly unfriendly staff, no one listened to my very straight forward and easy instructions. Freezing cold inside. Everyone around me was offered a beverage but not me. I was friendly and not picky, even complimented on the very cute dog that was hanging out at the front desk. Never again with how expensive it was.

I've been coming to this salon for well over a year now, because my hair stylest just gets me. She is beyond patient, positive and its quiet obvious that she truly cares about her clients as well as her trade. She has taken me from long hair, to short with so much ease and patience. She worked exactly within my requests, and went beyond with it. She has has highlighted my hair, and put balayage in it this past winter. She worked her magic, and I'm still very happy with my balayage (perfect gradient), as well as the perfect white blonde that I requested. She also recommends certain toners to ensure my blonde doesnt turn yellow, and it's been months and still no complaints. Highly recommend Britt, at this location. ALSO.. THIS PLACE LOVES DOES AND LETS THEM CHILL WITH YOU AND GET PUPPY LOVE DURING YOUR VISIT

Britt is amazing, and very professional!! Highly recommended. I had been looking for a hair dresser in town for year, until I found Britt. She listens to what I want and did a great job on my colour. Having Asian pure back hair, I know it is extremely hard to get highlighted, but Britt makes it happen and I love it!! Britt will be the only one I trust for my hair from now!!
