I would highly recommend going to Blondies Hair Studio! I had gone to a few salons with the problem that I wanted to go from dark brown dyed hair back to blonde. I knew it was going to be a long process but no stylist would even go over my options with me about what could be done. Then I walked into Blondies for a consultation with Susan and she went over ALL my options and explained the process. She put a few test strips in my hair and I came back about a week later and she put in a full head of highlights. She informed me that I would have to wait a little while before getting more dye put in and gave me an AMAZING Davines (product they carry) take home hair treatment. There has been a lot of dye put into my hair the last couple months but it feels amazing thanks to Susan's guidance and treatment recommendations. She was the only stylist I went to that was willing to work with me and help me on this lengthy hair journey. I don't think I have EVER written a review before but I had to for Blondies because I am just that pleased. I can't see myself going to another hair salon.

I came here with months of black box dye hair wanting to go blonde. I knew it would be a process and wasnt expecting a miracle but Lindsay did an awesome job. She was able to lift a lot of the colour and get me a lot lighter in one session. I’ll be returning for more colour. Highly recommend, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly and lets you know exactly what youll be getting and delivers

I'm always hesitant to go to a new hair stylist, but I just moved to the area and, on the recommendation of a friend, I gave Blondies a shot. Jeanette was awesome! I am so pleased with my new cut. Not everyone can do a good pixie, but she nailed it. The whole atmosphere is really warm and inviting too. Plus, as a sustainability professional, I felt so much better learning that they are environmentally conscientious regarding the products they use. I'm thrilled that I've found my new hair stylist in Barrie!

I don't normally leave reviews but I am so impressed with this place I need to share. Rickell did an amazing job on my hair and I'm afraid I grossly under tipped her but will get her next time. I have already booked my next appointment as I am so excited to go again. The price is very appropriate and the colour of my hair was done so perfectly I will never go to another stylist so long as she continues to be available. This place has been around for years and now I know why people have been repeat customers for upwards of 25 years. Love love love the feel, capabilities and friendliness of everyone there. If your researching this place I can tell you having been to many others and having all sorts of things done to my hair with many poor results, I am extremely pleased with this place and won't go anywhere else again. I'm finally home!!!❤️

My appointment was booked on the wrong date, I was passed around to 4 different staff members to have my hair done and it wasn’t even what I wanted :( price was also different then what I was told at the beginning of the appointment! I was shocked. Everything during my first experience was bad..

Very beautiful salon. Hailey was wonderful and really tried to understand what I wanted, and did put in a lot of effort. Unfortunately, I came out with shorter hair- much shorter hair than I went in with. Maybe it was the wrong salon for thicker and darker hair.

Been going to Blondies for over 25 years and counting! The staff are very friendly, professional and the shop is clean. Highly recommend the studio to anyone, I'm a regular, every 6/7 weeks and will continue to be till they close or I drop dead, which ever happens first..lol...

Very welcoming salon. Upscale business with friendly staff. My stylist is both an excellent colourist and stylist which is a hard combination to find! They are fun and up to date with the latest styles.

Went in and from beginning to end, Troy made me feel important and valued. During the consultation he listened to all of my concerns and was able to make all my worries go away. During the hairstyling, I was made comfortable and relaxed. Not too mention how amazing and relaxing Troy's shampoo was! This was the best experience I have ever had at a salon thanks to Troy. Warm atmosphere, beautiful interior and everyone makes you feel like family. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you Troy!!

Honestly I can't say enough good things about this salon. I came here after attempting to bleach my hair dark brown hair at home. I had a multitude of different shades of light yellow, white, light orange etc. The girls were extremely knowledgeable and mixed and matched toners; applied different ones on different sections and the end result...? A beautiful, light, and natural blonde. I was also flabbergasted at how inexpensive it was. I also did eyebrow tinting and a wash/cut/ blowdry and still paid less than my regular salon. I have found myself a new home. I never got your names but I remember your faces. Thank you ladies.
