I've had my hair done many times at this salon and I can honestly say it will probably be the only place I get my hair done anymore. The service is top notch and I've always left feeling happy and way more confident in my hair. Madi in particular is a great colourist/stylist and from what I have seen from the other ladies their work there is always amazing. Would 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Went in for colouring and came out feeling like I couldn't be seen in public. Was charged $265 for a hair do that I couldn't be seen with and immediately had to book an appointment for a redo at another salon. When we called waves after the appointment to complain all the woman (Tania) did in response to our horrific dissatisfaction with the result, was yell and become defensive. As well as not doing a good job she acted completely incompetent throughout the whole 3 hours and was constantly asking for help from another stylist. She was never at all gentle and yanked at my hair the whole time, she was also awful at making conversation, and didn't dress appropriately for work. Never get your hair done at waves unless you want to spend a fortune to look terrible. it was THE WORST, NEVER GO. I’m not one to write reviews or complain, but this time I had to.

Love this place Coralee is amazing..... Best mohawks in town. Oh the head massages are amazing.... The atmosphere in that joint is fabulous. All the girls are amazing and friendly

I just got a haircut from Waves and had a great experience. The staff were all super friendly and the haircut was exactly what I wanted. Very good experience overall. Aaand I learned some new terminology so I can explain better what I want next time! A casual medium cut with No straight or hard lines!! Thanks Sheryl!

Hi, This is Rajwinder kaur. One of this saloon member Sherly. I asked from her about permanent straight hair and she said we can do that then i went there. But she did not do in a proper way. She could not do permanent and i paid $210 after the when i washed my hair its looks like a before after i asked from her and she said i will refund your money only $110 but still i can not received my money. It is not fair if they give us trust to do something then they will have to do.

My daughter had her hair done by Waves for her grad. It turned out beautifully and she received tuns of complements on it. The staff at Waves was accommodating and provided us excellent customer service even though our schedule was a bit crazy.

My friend's hair was absolutely butchered. Worst cut/dye job, over priced cut! and complete lack of proffesional conduct, when my friend complained the woman became very unreasonable and thebissue was never adressed. Almost $300 down the toilet! STAY AWAY!!

Paid $55 for a ladies simple short cut which is usually about $20. I felt like the hairdresser was working me for a tip. The cut was ok but price over the top, especially since rushed job, being last client of the day. Will never return.

I have been going to waves on the lake for seven years now and Madi has been my go to stylist even as i was living 7 hours away for three years. I believe their team has a wonderful dynamic which is the foundation of any successful business and their stylists are both honest and skilled. Waves is amazing! Whenever I walk in the place always has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are always laughing and smiling as they engage with their clients. Madi is my go stylist and every time I go in I'm happy with the results! You can tell she takes pride in her job and I love every hair cut I have ever gotten with her!
