So grateful to have found The Warehouse Hair Co on social media. Firstly, the ambience and decor are bright, modern, and chic. It's an inclusive space and you can feel the warmth and welcome as soon as you walk in! I love that they support other local businesses/retailers by partnering with them and selling their products in store. Clothing, sunglasses, wellness products, they have it all. This salon has some pretty brilliant things in the works that, from my experience, have not been done anywhere else. As for the stylists, all of them are so friendly and passionate! The owner, Rhea, did my hair. She consulted with me prior as I was making a complex transition from red to blonde. She listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to develop a vision. It was a long, complicated process but Rhea was ready to jump in. She blocked her whole day for me and worked meticulously on my hair for 6 whole hours. She was gentle and made it a priority to not only achieve our goal but maintain my hair health during the process. Even though the day was long and exhausting for both of us, Rhea made it so much fun. A brilliant and talented artist who is serious about her craft. I left feeling refreshed and so beautiful. Rhea was able to do in one day what other salons had attempted on my hair several times and was not able to achieve. Not only that, but my hair is still in great shape health wise! Can't express enough how much I love this place! Already looking forward to being back. Sending my whole family there from now on! Thank you Rhea and The Warehouse Hair Co. team for the great experience.

She booked me in on the first day of covid reopen and I was beyond impressed by the strict safety precautions and measures that were taken. Without a doubt the best place for the best hair love. Cristy has been my hairdresser for years, 8years to be factual. Over those years I’ve moved to 5 different cities and now drive 1.5 hrs each way just to have her signature styles cut into my hair, so yes she’s worth 4hrs of my day, every 3 weeks. I’m not just loyal, Cristy is just worth it. I care about my hair, but my loyalty was created because she cares more. Passion for something is rare, and when you meet Cristy you’ll see she really loves what she does. You can’t make someone care about what they do, they either do it for money, or do it because they love it, and her passion is genuinely for the love of it. For that passion, she will always have my loyalty. Now Cristy’s loyalty is also why she is at The Warehouse now, with people that are passionate about hair too; people she has known for many years. The Warehouse works like a well oiled machine, even though it’s relatively new, they are all old friends in there and it shows. As I’ve said before, find people that have a high ‘give-a-sh*t-a-meter’ and trust them. Cristy you will always have my locks to chop and The Warehouse staff, keep the vibe strong and the tunes up, you’ve built a fantastic environment. I look forward to seeing you all in a couple weeks. To be clear, I rarely write reviews and wasn’t asked to write this one. If I had any advice it would be to book in advance, she’s well worth the wait. I personally will book 6 months at a time just for security.

I can’t say enough great things about The Warehouse Hair Co! Not only is the salon spacious and stylishly decorated, it is a place where you are made to feel special. I’ve been with my talented stylist, Rhea for many years now, and she and Lisa have reinvented the hair salon for the modern age. There are many well-spaced-out hair stations, including a barber (who gave my husband the best haircut of his life), a retail section featuring tons of innovative products, and a soon-to-be-opened bar. The moment you step through those doors, you know you’re in for a real treat. This place is also extremely clean and follows the new safety guidelines to the letter. When I went for a cut and colour a few weeks ago, I really appreciated that they provided hand sanitizer and offered masks if you didn’t bring your own. After many months of not being able to have my hair coloured, I was thrilled with the result that Rhea achieved, as she always does, and I look forward to returning very soon!

I recently moved and have been trying for months to find a hair artist who would take care of my hair and repair it. I was recommended by many to see Mandy. I am so happy that I booked with her! She is incredibly talented and fixed my hair beyond what I had imagined. I had super dry, dead ends and it was unevenly cut. Mandy took me from dark brown to blonde and transformed my hair and left it feeling so healthy. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable and explains what she’s doing as she goes. She sets a great atmosphere and I cannot wait to see her again. The salon itself has such a great layout! Covid protocols are taken very seriously and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

I recently had a “long hair” haircut with Mandy one of the independant stylists at The Warehouse hair Co. I often leave haircut appointments upset, confused and borderline “botched” HOWEVER it was not the case at all with Mandy!! My first time experience with her was excellent, she was very welcoming and personable. Mandy listened to what I wanted done with my hair, but also used her expertise & input which exceeded my end result expectations! It was apparent that she is experienced and passionate about hair, & I will be booking with her again in the near future! I would definitely recommend booking with Mandy! The salon was clean and my appointment was on time, a temperature check was given on arrival which provided another level of safety especially during these “different” times. Building was easy to find, and theres an ample amount of parking!

I called into book an appointment with Mandy and was advised to book through IG. I did and had to enter my credit card to secure the appt. I was informed via email that my appt would be confirmed soon. After 5 days I sent a reminder and on the sixth day of not hearing back I cancelled. I emailed Warehouse to make sure my credit card is not file and to let them know that their stylist is definitely not on the ball. They had this not their fault or problem kind of attitude because Mandy is an independent stylist, which as a customer means nothing to me. Their policy is to charge $72 if you don’t cancel with 3 days. So they value their own time but do not the time of clients. Below is their reply which I found lacking. “ Hi Tamara! We are sorry your experience booking with one of our Independent Stylists did not meet your standards. The Warehouse employs our own staff with a separate booking and operating system. All our information is available online. When a guest chooses to book through The Warehouse, we do not store credit card information. We again, apologize for your unsatisfactory experience.”

I found this place because I saw their adorable Rottweiler puppy. I was pleasantly surprised. Nicole did a great job. She was very skilled with a straight razor, as well as very good attention to detail on the cut. I will definitely go back and not just for the puppy.

They strictly adhere to COVID19 safety protocols where you are given a warm greeting on your arrival, temperature check and disposable mask. I visited The Warehouse Hair Co. yesterday for the first time. Your first impression is exactly that...a modern, stylish downtown warehouse in Cloverdale! The shop contains a retail section selling the latest clothing fashions, a nice sized salon, washing station, the bar (which is currently awaiting a liquor license) and the nicely appointed barbershop at the back. Nicole started my service off with one of the better hair washes and scalp massages I have ever had, followed by a fantastic cut. I explained what I wanted and she didn't disappoint. I enjoyed that the service didn't feel rushed. Many shops emphasize volume in regards to customers, I didn't have that impression with Nicole. I'm looking forward to my next cut! Great job Nicole!

Raquel rocked it! My beard was Gandalf(ish) and she trimmed and shaped it and then provided a straight razor shave for my glorious neckbeard. She was professional, explained AllTheThings (it was my first straight razor experience) and made sure I was comfortable and all good. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning. Also, Sadie, the Salon Dog is adorable.

Easy 5 stars! Rhea is a great stylist and excellent with color. Love my new cut and color. The warehouse is different then your regular salon, it's very large and roomy and has several different stations. This salons environment is setup perfectly for this reopening of businesses. From the moment I was greeted at the door I received my mask and hand sanitizer, then shampooing, color and cut. I never crossed paths with anyone, it was setup very good and was very professional. This is definitely the place to go for your next appointment, they even have a barber area. You really need to check this place out, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Rhea!!!

She gave me the hair colour that I wished I would have gotten months earlier. She took out all the brass colour in my hair and lightened my natural hair colour with beautiful highlights all over that blend in nicely with the colour. I love my hair!

I arrived at the salon and loved the look of it. It has a cool vibe when you walk in. They were very prepared with the sanitation practices.
