Visited this place for the first time a few days ago, and the service I got was exceptional! Hali, my hairstylist was by far one of the best I've seen in Ottawa (and I'm a person who is pretty picky with how I like my hair). I've been going to Shears for the better part of 20 years. It's a friendly place, with affordable pricing, and nice skilled stylists who are fun to spend time with. They're able to do spectacular styles for weddings, but are also great for a basic wash and cut for those on the go. I am a client of Marilyn's but have sat with several others over the years.
