Staff is friendly and the treatment was cost effective. But the outcome was way below than I expected. I Requested balayage colour on my hair as shown first picture . But the result colour on my hair (2nd pic) is not evenly flow on hair piece, patchy (not blended) and not visible when hair got straightened. You can see little highlights when its curled only. My thought now is its better if i spend little more money get good job done than wasting money for nothing.

I started studying at Servilles Academy at the end of July last year, and am currently enrolled in my second course here. The tutors are all so incredibly talented with heaps of different skills and techniques to offer, which translates into the incredibly high talent level of the students. I highly recommend studying here, and coming to get your hair, or makeup done !

I came to servilles in 2017, I honestly thought I’d never achieve anything in life and didn’t know where or what I was going to do. When I started servilles I was so happy with learning such interesting techniques and being around a lot of different people. I felt belonged and love coming to servilles and I still do. Such a good learning space and you start loving hair

I was there for 2.5 hours to just have a haircut but it was absolutely worth it! I got a bob haircut. I’ve had so many compliments! They’re students so you need to be patient and go with your best attitude. The price is the best part: 28 dollars. Definitely going back!

I love getting my hair done here as prices are great and you are helping the students learn the art of hairdressing & makeup. The only negative is the length of time it takes, and parking nearby is not cheap $12 for 2 hours to have my hair cut & blow waved..

I had an layered haircut here, it was long, about 2hrs but it's normal they're students and take their time. A teacher is here to answer their questions, show them some tricks and verify the haircut at the end. Cost only $28 and really satisfied about it!

Really great service and so cost effective. I went in and was treated with a friendly smile - I can't remember the girl's name but she was very efficient and did a great job. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially students looking for a cheap but decent cut!

A few months ago I was told I won a "cut and colour" with servilles not realising it was actually going to be done by someone from the training academy. They completely ruined my hair and bleached it, the guy that did it could hardly speak English and I didn't understand what was happening at the time until after I saw the outcome of my hair. It's ruined my hair and I still can't get the ugly brassy orange colour out.

I came here for a haircut, and I'm not usually hard to please-- I usually only go to hair schools to get my hair cut as I'm pretty flexible and have easy hair to cut. I was pretty disappointed that instead of the 10cm (or so, I'm not that picky), I wanted her to cut off, she took closer to 30cm!! I was shocked to see my long locks cut off so drastically, and to be honest felt like she didn't take the time to understand what I wanted, or didn't clarify. There was a significant language barrier as well which made me wonder if she really didn't understand me at all and therefore just cut to her heart's content. Of course once it's cut it's gone and no use making a big deal out of something that can't be undone, I have to just get used to the short hair, but I really miss my long hair and am eager for it to grow back (such a shame, took ages to grow it out). I wouldn't go back.

I would absolutely not recommend studying here. I already had a degree before I came to this academy, I wanted to learn a new skill, a new trade. It felt like I was back in primary school. If you want to learn in a professional environment and be treated like an adult do not go to Servilles academy.

Thanks so much Jack and Kelly for looking after me I really enjoyed my last visit. I made a last minute appointment and was lucky they had a spot free a couple hours later! I always feel safe in the tutor's hands even though it is student working on us. The student usually does a good job but is always checking in with the tutor so as not to make any mistakes. Mālō
