The hairdresser that I had during both of my visits was an absolute superstar. After both of my visits, the stylist left my hair looking amazing. However... The front desk staff that I had interacted with both times were particularly lackluster. After my first visit, I had rebooked at the front desk. The receptionist seemed to be very distracted as we were looking for a rebook day and time. We had eventually settled on a day and time, verbally confirmed it, and I had put it in my calendar. On that day, I called in to say that I was on my way, and they said that I had missed my appointment and that it was an hour ago. Of course, I was unhappy, but it could have been a mistake. I was put in for another time, and made that appointment instead. Once again, I rebooked at the front desk, and... I couldn't tell if the individual there was either unfamiliar with the booking system, new, or both. They seemed to have trouble with the system, which is okay as long as it gets put in right... Which it didn't. Even after confirming my upcoming appointment over the phone a couple days before, it happened a second time, where I called in to say that I was on my way to my appointment, only to be told that I had missed it once again. This time, they managed to squeeze me into the schedule, which was kind of them, but I don't think that I will be returning.
In short, the stylist that I had was amazing, but unfortunately I can't remember her name. The front desk had a lot that it could work on.
