Nicole did highlights for me and it looked great! She's super friendly and made it a great few hours. My hair was styled afterwards by a newer stylist who I found to be really rough and wasn't too pleased with that. My hair also felt quite damaged when I washed it a couple days later. It felt straw-like for several months. I don't know if that's just how my hair reacted or what, but fyi.

I recently visited Jessa for my first experience at this salon. I was blown away at how personable and talented she is. She is definitely perfectionist and won't stop until the client is happy. I've been getting similar treatments done to my hair for the last decade but she managed to give my hair the exact hue that I have always wanted and was never fully able to accomplish by other hair stylists. Lastly her blending skills are incredible! Jessa knows all of the tips and tricks to to flawless highlights. I'll be going back for sure, and bringing my daughter to Jessa for her first hair cuts as well.

After going into a Vancouver Salon for many years I switched to Mystique on a referral from a co-worker, I have stayed with them ever since. I am always confident they will do a great job and they haven't let me down! As they are all busy, when I can't get into my usual stylist I have tried some of the other ladies, they are all great. They have added a nice touch with fresh flowers, hot eucalyptus towels, green tea and macarons! Such Pampering! Keep up the great service Mystique!

My designer friend said that I 'needed' to visit her hairdresser at Mystique Hair Design. I am so glad I did. I have never had an experience at a hair salon that is so professional. The booking of the appointment followed by a call or email reminder has been very helpful. Plus there are product discounts in the month of one's birthday. The staff are always welcoming and there's a yummy treat, a beautiful cup of green tea and a warm washcloth served at the beginning of each appointment. I have enjoyed the pampering and I feel I am looking my best in years. Thank you Mystique staff, you know how to serve.

I booked in this past Saturday morning for a haircut with Robyn, and it was such an awesome experience! Up until my arrival, I had been having such a bad morning, and an hour with her just totally turned my day around. She was so sweet, very professional, made me feel totally comfortable and did SUCH an amazing job on my hair! When we were chatting in our hair consultation, I told her I was having a bit of a rough day, that I just needed a pick-me-up and that I wanted to "feel cute". Love this place. They really care about their customers. Pre-covid, they'd bring out a little cup of tea and a macaron and they'd hot towel your face after washing your hair. Obviously, post covid none of that is there but what is present is a strong focus on safety so I'm never worried going in. Parking can be a bit of a pain at peak times but that's white rock for you.

I first started gonna here strictly because Mystique uses , which is a brand I love, but they are the friendliest salon with the prettiest view! I’ve been seeing Jessa for two years, but all the girls there are so welcoming and fun! Jessa always listens to what I want, and clarifies with me before starting which I appreciate—but at this point she knows me well and always gives me the best color!! I highly recommend this salon to anyone reading, I won’t go anywhere else in the lower mainland ????

I went to a consultation appointment on Tuesday to learn the options for what can be done to my hair and the staff told me the options it wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for which I understand thats why there is consultation appointments I told her that I would think about the options that she offered and left. After that for the past 3 days I have been trying to get a hold of Haley who I had my early appointment with to book an appointment but every time I called either my phone calls didn’t get picked up or someone else answered and said that she was busy I even tried to email the place but I never got a response today I called the place again because the lady told me to call the place today and the same lady picked up saying yea Haley is here I’ll give the phone to her and Im guessing she forgot to put me on hold and they started to have a conversation and I heard Haley saying “but don’t tell her that “and the lady I was talking with comes back saying sorry she is with a client right now she will give u a call later during the day which they never did. Im disappointed and frustrated at this point and felt like it was impossible for me to book an appointment and I was being avoided by the staff this whole satiation wasted my time and made me really upset since they were keep pushing it further and further instead of telling me that I cant book an appointment so I wouldn’t waste my time with being stuck up with this place or wait for a phone call for 4 days if I could give a 0 star I would for not being honest with their costumers and making me feel like I was bothering them with my phone calls.

Before COVID they offered a tea/coffee and macaron with warm towel service. Now with COVID they've totally adapted to create a different, safe, but equally good-feelings value-add to your hair experience. Unbelievable great! Had first time service @ Mystique. Saw a few ladies since 2015, asked them where they got such a wonderful, modern haircuts. Answers were - Mystique. Decided that it's time to visit them. Had hairstylist Tasha. I was just in love with her right after she said - I think I know what you need. Any hairdresser in my life didn't say such a wonderful words, always was hard to explain what you want. Nobody looked at you as a specialist, but Tasha did! She is so gentle, kind, calm, I felt immediately that I am in a great hands and will get a wonderful hair. And most important and what I liked much - she didn't talk too much to me. I found it so annoying and tired when hairdresser talk to you all the time. I want just relax after work, especially when your head touched (kind of meditation, right?) and don;t like talk all the time during the session. And Tasha was awesome! I am so thankful to her for my great haircut, I am grateful to salon and all members who meets, brings delicious tea and macarons (forget about diet!), salon's kind warm atmosphere. I've got compliments from everyone who saw my new haircut next day. Visit Mystique, really magic :) Will see Tasha soon for sure!

Erin treated my delicate scalp and hair as if it were a priceless faberge egg. Her attentiveness to listening to my needs and expertly percise applications have just made the whole experience like I'm walking on a cloud. Ashley's very gentle head wash was an added bonus and really took into consideration to the clients needs and hesitations. I've always ever left a salon never feeling truly satisfied but this experience has completely changed my attitude towards my salon appointment.
