Will never be back. I understand the color process can be difficult. But the cut was atrocious. It's hacked. And I asked for skirt bangs and showed her a picture... This is the second worst haircut I've ever recieved.

Sarah is a miracle worker...not only with hair. As far as hair, I think she's a white witch (meant in a really REALLY good way). I can go in looking like I slept in a hedge and leave there closely resembling a human being. FANTASTIC! I can be in the worst mood and after a few minutes with my head in the sink and her hands massaging my head and my day begins to look up. That, and she has never, NOT ONCE tried to drown me when I'm in the chair. That has to count for something, right? Keep up the fabulous work Sarah. You're a miracle.
