One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a salon . my hair completely faded in two weeks and when I complained about this to the salon, they said they will not compensate because of their "one week policy" I was never informed of. Very rude and will never be coming back. Also very overpriced. normal salons charged 100-140 to to an all over colour, and I was charged $230 and no extra treatments or cut was included.

Very poor customer service after my hair turned out completely the wrong colour. The cut was also very butchered. They did not offer to fix my hair, or any monetary compensation when I had called back. I sat for over 5 plus hours in the appointment for regular foils and a cut and had to leave with wet hair as I was late for a Christmas party. Not to mention I was quite pregnant at the time (way to make a pregnant mama not feel very pampered). Had to get my hair corrected a few months later and the new stylist (who is excellent) stated it was done by someone who doesn't know how to cut or colour. The absolute worst hair salon and stylists in my opinion.

The salon is very nice and comfortable. I got a colour and trim from Angela and I absolutely love it. At first I was hesitant to go lighter but I couldn’t be happier with my new look. Will definitely go back.

My Mother in Law bought myself a voucher for Christmas. The voucher said open credit with no expiry date. After living overseas for a year. I came back to use this voucher and was told it was expired and purchased from another store which was impossible because my mother does not have a car and told me she caught the bus to buy the voucher. Find this really poor service and definitely wont be recommending the salon to anyone.

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now and they are absolutely amazing! My stylist Brooklyn is fantastic. I love the way she colours and cuts my hair and she is always up to date on the latest trends. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend it. Just book early cause appointments fill up fast!

They are realistic and knowledgeable and will ensure that any colour treatments etc. Are a suitable match for you and your hair type. Before they start they ensure you are comfortable with the plan and will ensure you are completely satisfied with the results from start to finish.

Highly recommend Honeylush Hair Salon in South Surrey/White Rock. Steph is the best stylist around and you could not go wrong with any of the team that works there. Very welcoming and you feel taken care of. I go every 7 weeks and look forward to it every time. I have also used them for special events such as weddings etc and have never been disappointed. 5 STARS!!!

I highly suggest doing your appointment reminders in line with your cancellation policy of 48 hours in advance instead of 24 to avoid having upset customers being charged 50% of their scheduled appointment fee

I’ve been going to Honeylush every 4 weeks for the past few years. My hair has improved so much since I started with Steph. I’m refusing to go grey/white so I go every 4 weeks to stay dark. Beautiful, friendly, innovative & clean salon. Also love the Kerastase products - high end but so worth it. I’ve seen many stylists here and they are all fantastic! Also you will get the best head massage with your shampoo & conditioning treatment! Highly recommend

I went at the beginning of the year to get a blonde balayage. I showed my stylist photos and she was super sweet and seemed like she understood what I wanted. After 5+ hours my hair looked the exact same as it did when I went in, seriously the exact same. I called after a few days to see if they could fix it and was told there was nothing they could do and a balayage needs multiple sessions in order to be lighter which I was not told the day I got my hair done. I ended up bleaching my hair myself which looks much better than what my trained stylist did. She was a lovely person and the salon was very nice and clean but from my experience and friends experiences I wouldn’t go back for anything more than a haircut.
