First visit to this little gem of a salon. It was fantastic! Love my haircut and the hairdresser that gave it to me. I believe her name was Dionne. Lovely women! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is spotless, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Will be back for sure.

Owner prides her establishment on professional customer service. Staff are well trained with each many years of service on various types of hair. They are friendly and teach you how to care for your hair Their clients are all ages, race and background. Good atmosphere to spend a few hours in.

I purchased a voucher through Groupon based on their positive Google reviews. The hair cut looked OK at the shop, but what they did was they hid the mess by blow-drying and my wife and I didn't realize it until she took shower. There were too many steps and unevenness on the hair and the absolute mess they created requires a professional hairdresser to fix. The girl (hairdresser) was a nice person, however, she doesn't know what she's doing. I do not recommend this hair salon to anyone. I tried not to give them a one-star, however, they really deserve it. Update: Well I contacted you via email as you suggested, but you did not reply.

I purchased a Groupon for myself and went in for full highlights. The girl who did them (Selam) was reasonably new, however she did the most amazing job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere of the salon is also a really enjoyable one, I felt very welcome and everyone complimented me when I was done which doesn't normally happen . I would highly recommend this place and will continue to make the drive to have my hair done by these wonderful ladies !

These ladies were so kind and did a wonderful job with my hair! They fully detangled my hair, which normally hurts but I felt nothing! They washed my hair extremely well. And when it came to straightening and styling my hair, they did a fantastic job! 10/10 would come here again. Thanks ladies!!

If I could rate the service of this place it would be like the set of barber shop. I had my hair scheduled for tomorrow ( December 13) and they managed to squeeze me in for yesterday (December 12). I had Fatima as my stylist she was awesome. I also liked Courtney Dionne and Elsie They made me feel beautiful and at a reasonable rate. I used to give this place 0 due to the constant cancellations now after this they have exceeded my expectations for this 5 star review. Thanks Guys :)

One of the staff (average height, has darker skin than the rest of them) I met when I came in, was very very rude. I walked in and she gave me a nasty look and asked what I wanted. I honestly had to stand there and reminded her of my appointment. I noticed she was friendly with the lady she worked on and others but was intentionally stone-faced with me. Another lady worked on my hair (thank God), and she was very friendly. This friendly lady was mixing a treatment for me in the room where the rest room was...so I walked in to ask her something very very brief. The nasty stoned cold faced woman left the hair she was working on, and it seemed like she ran into this room(where I went in to ask the nice lady a question) to tell me to leave the room "since clients where not allowed in there". Remember this is the same room where u have the bathroom, so in honesty clients could go in there to use the bathroom. So, I had to ask this nasty lady why she was being rude to me since I walked in. And as you would guess, she, again with her stoned face told me, "Dint I tell you hello when you first came in, how am I being rude,?". Long story short, I've been here twice, the white lady (receptionist) and the somewhat newer lady - treated me (as well as others that I have observed) nicely. Not ever coming here again!

Friendly atmosphere. Talented and knowledgeble stylists. Free parking. The salon offers a range of services including straightening, braiding, weaves, colour, conditioning treatments, and more. This is the best place in Calgary for naturally coarse, curly, or wavy hair. Also, great for special special occasion styling like weddings and grads. I have been a client for more than 20 years. They have earned the loyalty of their customers through consistently excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone looking for a good hair salon.

This is a review of the Jamaican hair dresser. I came in for a basic wash and set/flat iron on natural hair. Lady insisted on giving me a hair cut, which I declined. She badgered me into having a trim (a few cm off), which I agreed to. Finished product was great, but she charged me for FULL haircut and wash and style. Would not recommend her services. Sketchy pricing. Stay away.

My family has curly hair and could not find a good hair salon that can cut curly hair well. Was recommended here, best decision ever. Always very happy with the hair cut and colouring. I have gone for highlights as well as normal haircuts. When doing my highlights, was close to my grad and gave me ideas to style my hair for my grad that looks good with my dress and showed me how to do the style. Very friendly and welcoming. Always having a good time there with them. Highly recommend if you want a good haircut and a great experience. I’ve never not laughed there. I live in the area and always noticed the salon was a busy place, i booked a colour and cut online.. super easy. My stylist was Brianna and she was wonderful! Brianna spent time listening to what I wanted she showed me the colour swatches and offered her professional opinion, very helpful. Brianna was friendly, knowledgeable and lovely to chat with. The haircut to follow the colour was really very good.I walked out of the salon feeling wonderful! I was very impressed by the experience I would recommend Brianna and I will be back!
