I’ve been using this salon for 2 years and have been satisfied. However I went in yesterday for a trim. I told the girl no more than 1/2 inch all around and cut bangs over brows. With mask it’s hard to tell what hair looks like. When I returned I couldn’t believe the results. I looked like a man. I can’t do anything to make it look good. All I can do know is wait for it to grow back. I will not be returning. I believe my instructions were simple and I just want to cry every time I look in mirror.

Great clips offer a great haircut at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a luxury salon experience this may not suit you, but your not paying extra at the register.

Wanted a layered hair style and ended up with a very blunt chopped look where it went from very short to long blunted ends. There was no blending of the layers at all.

Had a terrible experience and hair cut yesterday. Uneven sideburns, tons of stray hairs, finished and ushered me out of my seat with a face full of hair and many more complaints, litterally the worst hair cut experience I've ever had. That said, I came back today and someone else cleaned it up. She was very meticulous and thorough, nice to chat with and cleaned my hair up nicely. You take a gamble with places like this if you don't have a particular hair dresser you book with. I've been pleased much more than dissapointed but that last one was BAD.

Having been here about 4-5 times, I'd say Great Clips is like the casino of hair cuts. You might get something you love, but you might leave less than happy. I'd give it a 2.5 stars if I could because half the time I've had excellent cuts, half the time I've left disappointed. This last time when I didn't get the cut I wanted, they did let me have it for free which was very kind of them.

Good haircut, but they need to pay more attention to the online sign in. I signed in at home and it said the wait time was 38 min. I waited until I received the text message that said I had “5 minutes until my appointment”. So I went in the shop as per the instructions on the shop window, and was told I had to wait another 15 minutes! I asked why and couldn’t get a straight answer. In the end was told it’s better not to use the online-checkin.

Great clips = Not a great choice. I asked for a certain style of bangs. When I said I didn't like it, the stylist said, "there's no other way to cut it" and she left them. I asked for layers, they turned out choppy and very uneven. An inexpensive haircut, but I'll have to pay to fix what I got. Great Clips does good men's hair cuts. But as a lady, this did not workout at all.

Pleasant conversational staff, great FAST haircut, just as I wanted. Each location may be owned by a different person, and customer loyalty cards are business owner specific, not chain brand wide. The online booking and wait times works very well.

I ask for a small trim and now there is 2.5 inches off of my hair, and I look like a 6 year old poster boy for the boy scouts of America. My bangs are so uneven they look like the New York City skyline . Thank you Great Clips ????

Edit Waited 40min and left without a cut last Friday "COCHRANE"!!!Problem in app to check in , upon calling they said cant check in unless you visit us and maximum 20min wait. "Thank you for your patience not always works" Hope they improve their management

I am so sad to be writing this review. I went to get my hair cut yesterday, and had the sweetest girl doing my hair. She was friendly, great and recommending products and explained why she was recommending them and how to use them. Her customer service was great (which is why I'm giving this 2 stars). The hair cut was absolutely horrible. I have never had such a bad cut. In the salon, it looked great (the way she brushed and laid it, you couldn't tell just how bad the cut is) and she curled it. I was APPAULED to see that they charge over 40 dollars to simply curl hair that sits above my shoulders. I spent over $80 dollars with tip to come home today and literally be in tears. My hair is uneven, unblended and looks like I tried to cut it myself and royally failed. I will NEVER be back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
