I looked for more than a year for someone who knew how to do a men's haircut for medium-length hair. It was very difficult because everyone knows only short hair or fades. Someone recommended Deva Dave and Dave not only listened and understood what I wanted, he actually got it right. He is very talented. He was also wearing a mask all the time. I highly recommend him.

I always look forward to going to Deva Dave hair salon and it's not only for the amazing hair cuts! This is a hair salon that has a lot of character and personality. The salon owner Dave is incredibly nice and talented. I recommended my mother, who has been a hair stylist for over 30 years, to go to Dave because she is incredibly picky about her hair. My mother was amazed at the quality and speed in which he can cut and style hair. She couldn't stop talking about it after her first hair cut. My partner also started going to Dave. Normally he hates getting his hair done, but has not complained once about going to Dave's salon and even makes his own appointments online. There is also a really cool store on the first floor that is definitely worth checking out before or after your appointment! Also I really like that you can go to Deva Dave's website and book an appointment on-line.

I had 4 hair cuts from him very long hair first time he cut alot off 2 nd i asked a few inches he cut 5 inches 3rd time the same i had t. This time i said cut a few inches he cut 6 to 8 and thinned my baby fine hair. I didn't realize until I left and got home. Went to another salon she said he razored my hair and it incorrect it opened up the cutical of hair while razored and left skinny straggled ends. She said its a bad job. Never razor or thin out baby fine hair or excess layer. She cant fix it hair needs to grow 2 inches or more! Never AGAIN GOING TO HIM! November 2019

I went to see Dave per recommendation of a close friend of mine, as I wanted a drastic change from a very thick, long head of hair down to something very short and easy to manage. Walking into the salon, you are welcomed in as if you are a long time friend. Dave is such a warm, supportive, fun person and any anxiety I had before coming in was put at ease. I went in for a drastic haircut and I got so much more, learning about myself as a person, and he even taught me how to style it myself before I left feeling new, sexy, and SO HAPPY both with the haircut I received, and the friend I made in the process. I came in today to Deva Dave's to buy adult unmentionables that make me feel uncomfortable to buy at most places. Me and my wife walked in and was greeted by Dave himself while he was busy working with customers. He made us feel immediately wanted and comfortable fully. His demeanor was so lively and friendly that I didn't even have a moment to feel awkward. I can tell his customers love him, and I can see why. I have rarely if ever had such an amazing experience for a first time in any store. He has so many amazing wigs and products for them, and such a non judgmental atmosphere that anyone would feel welcome to try on. His back room is full of adult toys and clothing that I haven't been able to find in most places and the best part is they are good prices! I bought mens underware at other adult stores and spent 45 bucks, dave sells them for 15-20. He is so excited about his products that he made me and my wife excited. I dont ever Yelp stuff, I'm a very specific customer who knows good and bad service, trust me THIS PLACE IS WORTH CHECKING OUT, providing you are non judgmental and friendly yourself, I'd hate to send such a lovely man bad customers. I was struggling to find size 12-13 dance shoes for my daughter. We both walked into Dave's salon and he made us feel so at home and welcome - and insisted that my daughter's feet are totally normal in his shop (where shoe sizes go up to 16 or 17)! My self-conscious teen instantly relaxed! It was a HUGE relief to find someone so helpful! I can't recommend Dave enough - he is an amazing person - knowledgeable, professional and still incredibly friendly and down to earth - he was the highlight of our week!
