I do and know exactly nothing with and about hair, but was comfortable enough asking questions that would normally make me feel stupid and she was a great help

New to St. John's and still looking for a good stylist!! Asked for a trim/clean up of my inverted bob - "cut the back up to my hairline and angle to the length in the front". Two hours later and she's still chopping away at the back which ended up shaved half way up my head FFS! Can't blame her completely, she was obviously new and had no clue. I'm wondering why her colleagues didn't offer assistance. She did finally ask for help to soften up the back but it was too late! I would suggest if you're booking someone with this girl - make sure it's something she knows how to do. If not, help/mentor her so she can learn without ruining a client's hair! Anyone in town know how to cut an inverted bob?!?!?!
