Very poor service. About 4 years ago i got ripped off $300 . Stole my hair extensions that i personally paid for from offline. . Thats what a worker has said. But they didn't last 2 days. Very upset

The salon was clean I got an appointment fairly quickly, however my experience wasn't great. I went in for a cut and foils for $85.00 told the stylist upfront that's what I was booked for. After she put my foils in she then told me there was an additional $20.00 for toner? Fine. I asked specifically for foils that were not chunky and didn't look like streaks. That is unfortunately exactly what I got. I felt condescended to the whole appointment when the stylist was actually talking to me and not whispering to another trying to figure out who I was because I looked 'familiar'. After my color was done and I was ready for my cut she pulled my bang (which is heavily grown out) and said 'whats this? What are we doing with this?' in a very demeaning tone. Too embarrassed to say anything at this point I just said 'leave it'. I was met with complete unprofessionalism my whole appointment and felt very belittled after an appointment I thought was going to make me feel great! I will not be back.
