Highly variable care and service: I have had one excellent massage, one poorly executed pedicure, one excellent haircut, and two poor haircuts (i.e., about 10 minutes for a dry cut and charged more than 60$). I would not suggest walking in without knowing your stylist or therapist.

I have been going to hair connection with Robert, he is the best hairdresser I have ever been to! He knows how to work with curly hair which can be challenging! Him and I have been working to grow my hair for donation which we did today! I am so happy with it! Hi attention to detail is impeccable! All the staff that I have interacted with have been great!

I went to this salon to get my hair done for my formal. Asked to get loose waves done and was given tight super messy curls instead. Was charged 66$ when on the website it states 25$ for a wash and style with no other information that states the price is subjected to change due to hair length and time. I also emailed about the price myself prior to the appointment and they just confirmed by appointment without answering my question about the price. Emailed the to see if I could get a refund and got no response until I called. They said that loose waves couldn't be done in the hour timeframe so they did tight curls instead. However the hairstylist did not once tell me that the hairstyle could not be attained and did this to my hair instead, and I feel like it should have been disclosed BEFORE he started styling my hair. I did not receive my money back. It is beyond me how they let a customer walk out their salon with the hair style I was given. I went home washed and styled my hair myself. Overall super disappointed and would definitely avoid this salon in the future, especially for prom season!

Torilyn did my hair a couple weeks ago and I have never been so pleased coming out from a salon. The colour was exactly what I wanted for what we could achieve that day and the cut was also great. She also recommended a product that has actually made a huge difference to my hair. Everyone was friendly and I'll definitely be back.

The worst experience I ever had in a salon! Wish I could give it less than one star. I had dealt with the owner - Brenda Chaytor - on a few occasions who I thought had a great technique for cutting hair. When I later came back to get my hair coloured, she started acting really neurotic when we were discussing what tone and method. She would even make comments to the other clients "did you hear what she just said", as if discussing my service was out of line??? And she refused to use the brand I requested which was originally agreed upon. When I told her I wanted a toner on my hair she nearly went ballistic. She was very mean-spirited, aggressive and angry and said I wasted a lot of her time even though I had to wait a half hour longer than my scheduled appointment for her. I should have walked out in the middle of it all; at the very least, I never should have paid for the mess. She obviously has a lot of mental issues and should see a psychiatrist.

This is my go to place for getting hair done! My stylist, Amanda, is fantastic. Knows what she's doing and will give tips about products and styling. The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating, it's simply fantastic.
