I had a similar experience, I asked for a change but still wanted my length,(i have very long, natural hair) what ended up happening was my hair got completely chopped off. Like the first cut was about 10 inches off…I cried in the chair and was very upset. My looks completely changed. I wore in a pony tail till it grew out. Very little compassion. With the horrible experience i'm surprised I still go back, however I don't go to him anymore. I switched stylist and absolutely love her!!! she is amazing and listens:)

Have been going here since 2003 and have dealt with Jamie, Alicia, and Bev. Stylists are competent, engaging, helpful, and very informative. Prices are reasonable and based on level # of the stylist (experience and training). Have never left the salon with regret. Love supporting local businesses.

First time ever going to this salon and I was pretty excited as I was getting my hair done for my engagement pictures, I asked for a golden brown color and a trim , what I got was a blonde and my hair cut off. I paid and left as you can never see the true color until you get home. The next day I washed it styled it and noticed all I could see was green and bands of color and it was a disaster. I called him and he told me it was what I asked for and refused to fix my color , or give me a refund , stated that he will not put a color on me that is not going to look good on me , but his mess of a color correction was okay and not fixing his mess . A color can be fixed but a cut can not . Not only did I pay full price for his service I had to pay again to get his mess fixed. so disappointed with his lack of customer service , compassion, and professionalism .

I went as I heard nothing but great reviews. Beverly cut my butt length hair into a pixie. I cannot express how happy I am with my new look. I feel rejeuvenated. First time going to this salon and I was extremely satisfied with the service. It had been almost three years since I had my hair cut (terrible experience at another salon) and I was recommended to this salon (specifically the stylist Bee). I went in with an idea of what I wanted but Bee took over and did her thing and she did amazing. She was super friendly, courteous and the price was very reasonable. I now have a great stylist to go to!
