The lady who did my hair didn't do what I asked for... She made me half bald when I told her to not touch a thing over their and also got everything wrong.... I don't know what's up with the place. But it was a bad experience for me.

Very poor service told my son was special needs but didn’t care and kept on very rude with him . Really worst customer service would not recommend to anyone.

I came this morning from Red Deer. My son wanted to have a hair cut. We went to Great Clips at 3508 32 Avenue. The lady was rude and arrogant. We left the place and went to nearby Ultracuts. What a great reception by Karima who checked in my son. She did a great service which exceeded my expectations. I was so happy and will definitely recommend this place rather than the hazardous Great Clips nearby. Awesome service. Thanks Karima!

Overpriced for such a bad result. Stylist didn’t understand our questions. Left with horrible hairstyles that couldn’t get fixed despite showing pictures of what we wanted. We won’t be returning.

Excellent place... I've gotten my haircut there as well as my son's. Both by a beautiful girl who is very kind. Didn't catch her name. Long black hair and she just finished school after two years... Good work.

I had a terrible experience at Ultracuts and I will never return again. I had gone in for a trim, but I left with noticeably uneven layers. As the stylist tried to fix the layers, she was essentially cutting my hair shorter and shorter. She complained my hair was stubborn and started to razor my hair out. I tried to tell her exactly what I wanted, but I think she had a different picture in mind. When I asked her if we could straighten my hair to see the end result, she stated she did not want to plug in the straightener. I had to tell her to stop cutting my hair and ended up just having to fix my hair by myself.
