Very disappointed! My daughter went and had her hair cut here, gave the lady a picture and then the stylist proceeded to do not at all what was asked. Butchered her hair and left her in tears. We can't even get it fixed elsewhere as other places we went said they could not fix the butcher job. The stylist didn't even seem to care at all about what happened. Will never go back nor will we suggest to anyone to get their hair done here. Signed mother of a destroyed little girl.

I absolutely love this place!! The staff and stylists are all super friendly and the shop itself is modern but edgy with an eclectic twist. The shop is connected to a tattoo parlour, which gives it an even cooler vibe. My stylist, Jackie, is a sweetheart with a great sense of humour and is an absolute PRO when it comes to hair. She is really intuitive and super knowledgable with different products and techniques. My hair has never been healthier or looked so good! I have complete trust in her and would literally get a mullet if she told me to. If you want to refresh your hair or go for a bold new look, this is the spot for you!

Phenomenal place. I have thick, partially wavy hair which can be challenging but Molly has always been my wizard. She gives a wicked cut and her coloring is on point. I highly recommend this salon!

If I tell you that you'll pay a very reasonable price and have a celebrity like style and treatment would you go somewhere else? I had Sierra, she was amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly. I'm very happy with the style. Fantastic!

I have been getting my hair done by Leah for a few years now, and I am so impressed with her skills every time. She has a large Asian clientele, and so for myself, it was very important to find a hairdresser that could deal with my super straight, Asian hair. Over the past year and a half, I've had my hair dyed pink, purple, green - you name it. Not to mention, every time I go to the salon, I also see all the other lovely hairstyles and colors that the other hairdressers produce. They are all so very talented. Another plus - they are dog friendly! All the girls were so sweet when I brought my two girls. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to go for a simple haircut, or wants to get out of their comfort zone with some more funky colors/cuts. Just visit their instagram page and you'll see all their great work.

I got my first tattoo last week with Lana, and couldn’t be happier. She was patient with all my questions and explained everything to me. I absolutely love my tattoo and have had lots of great compliments. The shop was super clean and the price was lower than I thought.

Had an appointment with Jackie booked for 2pm & they waited until 5 min before my appointment when I was ALREADY IN THE PARKING LOT to ask me if I could reschedule to 2:15 because she was running late. I said okay fine. 5 min later they phoned back & asked if I could actually move my appointment until 3pm because she still needed to finish up the previous client.... This I found super unprofessional because not only was I already waiting for them AT THE BUILDING, but because I couldn’t accommodate the 3pm appointment because I was leaving for out of town right after, I was told I would have to rebook in once the covid restrictions were lifted (which would probably be weeks later...) I can’t get over how unprofessionally your team handled this. My appointment was for 2pm... & it’s not my fault you guys were running behind. If someone needed additional work who was before me, fine get the other hair dressers to help out, or multitask between the two of us. You could even have called somebody who was NOT ALREADY WAITING FOR YOU IN THE PARKING LOT to see if they could accommodate a different time, or simply have the hairdresser stay a bit late one day. There was so many additional ways this could have been handled, that didn’t include me having to cancel my appointment completely. I’m extremely disappointed with your service & I will not be returning.

Not sure about now but when I went I was at my final color from black to blonde and the stylist they gave me dyed my hair dark brown. It took me almost a year to get where I was. Dye left on my face, I was in tears when I got home. They offered to correct it which in turn ruin my very long hair. I went back for touch up and the stylist charged me $490!!!! Never went back again. I had to go to another salon and have all my hair cut off to a pixie cut and start all over again. Things hopefully are different now but I will never go back
