The staff here are very friendly, welcoming. But the service...let me tell you, I’ve had a lot of pedicures in my life. Mostly at the chop shop nail salons owned by Asians. I decided to try True You and Erika gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. It was unrushed, relaxing, and efficient. Finally, a place that doesn’t use a cheese grater on your feet!! Thank you Erika, definitely will be back!

She is a great stylist and a genuine person! I even followed her when she moved companies. My wife has also got her nails done here and great work was completed with fantastic customer service. I had my first experience at this new, beautiful salon and I wanted to share it with others. The moment I entered, I felt welcomed by the owner Laura, and she introduced me to my new stylist Monica. I've known Laura for a couple of years now as she has been an avid supporter of my local business and it's impossible not to become fast friends with this lovely soul. I fully trusted her to pair me up with the stylist of her choice and she did not disappoint. Monica was sweet and a perfectionist when it comes to your hair! I told her what I wanted, and she ran with it, and the result is beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair since last week! I highly recommend giving this shop a shot as the whole team has been just wonderful to deal with. They also have a great selection of retail products and before I had my hair done I popped in to grab some products. Thanks everyone at True You for a wonderful first experience, will be seeing you again soon!

Sorry for the delay in writing a review but was very busy with the holiday season arranging drop offs because of the lockdown. I visited this new and beautiful salon back in December just before the lockdown was put in place. The front reception area is very inviting and products are displayed nicely. The reception desk is a beauty. Before entering the salon you must call to let them know you are there for your appointment and they will come unlock the door and let you in. You must sanitize your hands at the beautiful reception desk before being taken back to the chair. Everything has been sanitized before your appointment and they sanitize after you are done for the next client. They also have left plenty of space between clients. I felt very safe during my appointment. Will definitely be going back and will recommend to friends and family. All the staff were very friendly. Every staff member acknowledged you with a smile and a hello. Can't wait for my next hair appointment. Thank you for a great haircut and color and providing a safe environment. I wish you much success.

I had my appointment yesterday and it was the best day I've had in a long time! My pedicure was amazing and I can't stop looking at my toes/feet they look so good (and of course I love the colour of nail polish I picked!) Erika and the rest of the staff were so personable, friendly and welcoming, I felt like I was in my living room chatting with a bunch of friends! It was so clean and they wiped down everything after I was in each chair (hair and pedi) I had absolutely no concerns being there! 5 stars isn't enough and I would recommend this salon to anyone without even thinking twice! Thank you True You for such a great few hours!

Just had a pedicure with Erika! Amazing...she is so thorough and gentle..touch of an angel. Atmosphere is relaxing, quiet, no rush or hubbub. I will be back again and again...and again. Now to get my hair done by Diane (a few steps away in the next room)
