This is one of the first times I've been 100% happy with my hair! I was visiting Canmore for a few days and was happy they could fit me in that same afternoon for a colour. I showed Monika a picture and explained I wanted more of my natural colour (I had highlights and after a summer of sun, they were bleached out and my roots were bad). Monika explained a couple of options and I told her to do what she thought was best - it was honestly the best colour I've ever got. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and super natural looking - and at least $100 cheaper than what I would have paid in my hometown. The only negative was the overall atmosphere of the salon could be more professional. The stylist next to us was gossiping, swearing, etc very loudly with her client which I thought was pretty distasteful for a nice salon. Overall though Monika was fantastic and I would recommend her for anything - I only want her to do my colour now!

Since the moment I arrived into the room, I felt a comfortable environment. Soft music and relaxing table. Tanya was always delicate and very careful, not 1 eyelash out of place!! My eyelashes look fantastic and so natural that you can tell when it’s done by a professional. I have very thin, straight eyelashes and the results are awesome! I can’t wait to try all her services!! Tanya is a highly skilled and knowledgeable PMU artist and esthetician. I've been going to her since I moved here for all my skincare needs--facials, threading, lash lifts--and over that time, I learned how much she cares for her clients. Nano brows were a big deal for me, and there's no one else I would have trusted to be honest with me and do an amazing job. And Tanya delivered. She takes the time to plan and execute, and is cognizant of her clients wants and needs. I love my new brows and I can't recommend Tanya enough. 11/10 = Highly Recommend.

His hair came out very uneven in the back, sideburns were not trimmed at all, and the hair on the back of his neck was left patchy and long. Pretty disappointing. Also, they do not yet have their liquor license which was half the reason we chose to book there to begin with.

I absolutely recommend this place for any woman in the Valley who is looking to have a amazing experience and get herself treated like a queen! The nail tech is super talented. She will do what ever you dream to have draw in your nails. Small details, true art nail and fashion designs! She does also a great job taking care of your nails, with really good products. I am in love with the products they use in the Salon, and the hair technique they have as well there. I would 100% recommend if you are blond and want to get your roots done, they are so good at finding the perfect highlight for your color of hair.

I had my hair done by Charlotte a couple of weeks ago. After a couple of days I realized I still wanted it a little brighter because we had lightened it from my dark natural color. She took me back in right away which when I got there I found out she came in just for me. Her attention to detail and incredible customer service made my entire experience both times so amazing. She takes the time to always ensure you're comfortable and she nailed it the first time round with a great assessment and taking the time to understand what it was I wanted. The only reason for going back the second time is because my hair was too dark to get light enough in one go. I would recommend this place to anyone, such a great atmosphere and you can tell Liz takes good care of her girls. I would give 6 stars if I could :)

I'm not fussy but I am kind of fussy and both Brittany and Paige have listened and helped assist in what I want and what they think would look good. We booked pedicures for our little mini vacation. The esthetician was late and barely introduced herself. She barely spoke the whole two hours we were there and yes it took her two hours and when we left both of us still had rough feet. She completely ignored my boyfriend's request to cut his callous and massage his feet. Considering she was not putting any polish on his feet I don't consider his requests to be unreasonable. She was very rough when taking my shellac off and ended up cutting my toe. It was literally the worst pedicure I have ever had. I tipped because I felt like I had to but with a price tag of over $130 this definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would never use this company for any service every again.

Came in with longer hair. Discussed a little bit sharpened up and lighter, but with some length still. . Stylist said she would cut it longer so she could take more off after but I got a short hair cut. Hair along my part was longer but everything else was short. With no option of taking more off. OK cut, just didn't listen to what was wanted. Not happy with the length. Too short.

Tanya is such a professional at what she does. I went int wanting microblading after looking through her photos of previous work. I love her natural look. After stating I had previously not healed well when I scared we did a test before going through the whole process to make sure I was a good candidate. She discussed couleurs and shape with me and I have loved my brows ever since !! Will definitely come back when I need to!

The worst and horrible haircut I ever had! I booked an appointment with "Jennie" and she ruined my hair! This was my first experience here, I'm a local resident in Canmore, I grew my hair for more than a year now and decided to have a nice cut, since this saloon is one of the best in town, I booked an appointment and I totally am disappointed now! I explained Jennie what style I'm looking for and after an hour work on my hair ( super slow ) it turned to something totally different than I was expecting, she said well she got confused and she could fix it, then I emphasized again that i do not want too short at the back and when i looked at the mirror i was shocked! She cut the back part of my hair too short, even shorter than Pixie and uneven! I am quite positive she did it intentionally or she doesn't know anything about haircut, I am so frustrated and had such a worst experience that got emotionally damaged! It will take at least another year for my hair to grow at the back and I have to cover my neck all the time! I want a prompt response from the management or the owner that why she did this. If she is new and unexperienced, she is not supposed to work somewhere with good reputation and give customers the nightmare!!

Macka is easily the most talented nail artist in the Bow valley. She can take any idea you have in mind and create something unique, stylish and just downright beautiful; all for a very reasonable price. My nails are super healthy and they last for 3 to 4 weeks without chipping.

Kristal's is my stylist, she cuts my hair exactly the way I like it, accepts changes mid cut and won't let me leave until she's happy with how it looks. I was late to my appointment yesterday as I'd totally forgotten dispite the courteous appointment reminders by text. Instead of being rude about my forgetfulness she offered to stay late the next evening to fit me in. The loft is great and Kristal is the mvp.

Given twice chances to try this salon as a local, both experiences are not satisfying. Very Expensive. Colour was off what I have asked, stylists noticed too and promised to fix it next day but still charged extra top what have paid (????) So medium length hair partial balayage was almost 300$

Booked an appointment through the website thinking it would be accepted but boy I was wrong, instead I waited more than 4 hours just to see at the last minute my appointment was rejected. Now I am left with bad hair and disappointment as I can not book an appointment with anyone else this late into the day.

This place have really good eye extension artist. Tanya is who want to go to. No other. Must book an appointment. Bit pricey(but its worth it) . I would really recommend going here even if you have a really good artist in your home town. Due to weather chages compare to your home it gets destroyed in a day. No need to spend double money like I did.l

I found the service was amazing and they handled COVID precautions great while dealing with us. I have long hair and it can be hard to handle, yet Britany Francis did an amazing job and it lasted me all day and night. We had an amzaing time here and i would fully recommend it to anyone. I was a little sad by how basic my makeup was (and mostly how thin/ small my eyelashes were) but it was still very nice. She did a great job and gave a very natural look.

I went to that hair salon in early June to make a red color. We are at the end of July and my colour is now a mixture of blond (the colour I used to have), chestnut and red, even if I had applying shampoos specially made for coloured hair. I really feel like I've been ripped off, and it cost me a lot of money. I am so disappointed and sad about this result :( EDIT : You're mistaken. First of all, Jennie took care of me, and the owner took care of my partner. Then you say my hair was too dark???? It was very light blond! And she didn't tell me all of This otherwise I may have choose to keep my blond hair.

Horrible men's haircut! The stylist didn't use a guard on the clippers and it shows! They get one star for being very affordable in Canmore where haircuts aren't always reasonable, and one star for a very nice atmosphere. But when the hair isn't even on both sides of your head, there's a problem. I won't return!
