Ridiculously overpriced. In total for two of us I paid $700 and we both are unhappy. Toner washed out after first shampoo and both have very noticeable demarcation lines around our heads. Gossiping about a client is also very unprofessional Will NOT be going back

I decided to get pink balayage hair color. I would not have trusted anyone but Katrina at Saradee's to do this. One of her best professional qualities, is she listens and plans with you. She is also a lovely ray of sunshine. I love my hair styling she did. This salon is also very nice. Although I don't drink, the salon is licensed to serve alcohol. This is not evident and well done. It would be nice to sip a beer or have a glass of wine while your hair is being done. Katrina <3

Very welcoming and beautiful salon. All the staff was great. They fixed a haircut for me for my 17 month old son, the hair dresser we had seen at a different salon my son was in tears and trying to get away. we both left in tears, and the haircut not complete because of how terrible the hair cut itself was - it got cut way to short even after she checked what length I was ok with. So not only did Sarafee fit me in the sand day I called they also worked around my son's nap, and when we walked in we were greeted, welcomed, then my son was able to warm up to the salon before getting put in the chair, he got to pick out some toys. They even gave some snacks when I ran out of his snacks. Most importantly his hair got fixed ???? We will for sure be back for future haircuts and I would like to try for myself as well. Thank you again Saradee Salon. We both left your hair salon happy ????

Leah (I believe she moved back home) and Savahana are both so incredibly talented- I’ve gone both super blonde and super dark and the process has always been so great on my hair and they really don’t push unnecessary products on you like the chain places. All the girls are pleasant to interact with :) there’s nowhere else I trust with my hair!

Came to this salon very last minute after being constantly disappointed with my usual hair stylist. And holy moly!! I am suuuuper impressed! As soon as I walked in, a lady named Jessica came out and greeted me, and talked me through the benefits of the Sugarbear Hair supplements I was interested in. She was super friendly and knowledgeable! Natasha, however, was the real star of the show. She got me to try a fun blue in my hair and I have never been so happy with my hair!! She brought it back to a beautiful blonde with this new blue addition and I am in love with it!! Not to mention the most divine scalp massage ever!! Thank you to Natasha and Jessica for an amazing first visit!! I will be back :)

The first time i was there, they deserve a five star for the service and girls were fabulous, accommodated my not being able to wear a mask over my nose. The girl who booked my spot is getting a, five star, however, the dark haired girl who was at the till when I returned for my spot yesterday Nov 2, 2020 is getting a one star. Her refusal to listen by over talking me about her insistance of wearing a mask. I attempted a couple times to explain I'd be using a face shield since I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask. I finally gave up and walked out. I won't return. It could've been a very different outcome had this girl used her listening skills instead of rudely over talking.

This is a beautiful salon and I booked with an experienced stylist. I felt confident booking because of the amazing reviews but I left with a hair cut that was far from what I asked for. My hair was one length in the back that needed good trim, and now had a choppy unwanted layer cut into it. I let the salon know I was unhappy with my cut and they were very accommodating to get me back in right away. I brought up a picture of my hair showing it at all one length no layers from a previous cut a few months ago and explained this is how I would like it to look. At this point I could feel her frustration with me and she started cutting my hair. Feeling uncomfortable due to the lack of communication, I clarified what she was doing and she said blending the layers so it wasn't so choppy. Realizing that she still did not understand I asked her to stop. I left and had my hair fixed at another salon in Leduc.

I was so excited to get my hair cut at saradee salon because I've heard nothing but great things about them. But unfortunately my experience didn't end as well as I was hoping. When I called for my appointment at sardee salon I asked for a stylist that specialises in blondes, (I just needed a root touch up). When I talked to their receptionist she said no problem all of our stylist specialise in blondes, so she picked the stylist for me, and booked the appointment. When I arrived at saradee for my 4pm appointment I didn't get into a chair until 4:30. The stylist was surprised that I had blonde hair and went to the back to talk to the receptionist. Then the stylist, receptionist and the owner come over to chair and explain that their was a mix up in the appointment, "we actually scheduled you for a dark hair root touch up and not a blonde, your appointment was only scheduled for 2 hours and it would take 4 hours". At this point I'm frustrated because not only did I say I wanted a stylist that specialises in blonde but it's 45 minutes past my appointment time and no one has even touched my hair. The owner then told me next time when I book an appointment to please ask more questions and be more specific, I thought that me asking for a stylist that was good with blondes was enough but apparently not. Then the owner suggested that she could move me from stylist to stylist until the job is done, but at this point I just felt like a number and I didn't want my hair done by 4 different stylists. I said no thank you I'll just book another appointment, which I definitely wasn't going to because I felt like I was treated so poorly, why would I come back? She did say that my next appointment she would give me a free deep conditioning which was nice and all but first impressions really count and this was the worst first impression ever. I understand people make mistakes and that's fine, but the way you make up for that mistake is really what matters most of and I just felt like there wasn't much making up for the mistake. I won't be going back.

The staff were not overly friendly, and did not even say hello when I arrived. It cost me $115 plus tip for a haircut and one can of thermo protectant. I told the stylist I did not want my hair to look like it was cut straight across, and that I wanted it choppy. She styled my hair in a wave, which I really liked, but after getting home and washing my hair and styling it myself it looked like it was cut straight across. Its as if all she heard was cut it straight across. I left for holidays 2 days after my hair cut and ended up getting my hair cut again while I was away on holidays and am much happier and only paid $40. Unfortunately Saradee I will not be back.

Saradee salon is a beautiful salon, and this is coming from somebody who grew up in a salon (thanks Mom!). The people are incredible, the atmosphere is warm, friendly and fun, the work is so well done, and the selection of local pieces (jewelry, candles, etc) is an amazing touch. I recommend it to everyone to go there, even people in Edmonton! It's so worth the drive for me, and I know that it would be for others as well! I grew up with my mom as a fabulous hair stylist in BC, so when I moved to Alberta I was almost scared trying to find a new hair stylist! That's when I found Jessica Parchoma, and I knew from that point on that my hair was in good hands! I've been going to her for almost 5 years, and she is the only person allowed to touch my hair.

Savannah was so friendly and knew exactly what I wanted from my cut. She was in no rush and made adjustments to the length when I asked. Finished my cut off with soft curls which looked great all day. Salon is a bit on the pricier side but they do offer a referral program! Overall a great experience and I look forward to returning when I want to lighten my hair up for the summer .

They work great as a team and the owner is amazing. I always enjoy my time in the chair and come out feeling great. Jessica P. is amazing at making my hair look great while feeling healthy. It’s amazing to have a place that I can trust everyone. I usually have a hard time trusting people with my hair but it’s amazing to have a place I can go to where I feel like I will come out with exactly what I want every time. Some days I can even get my hair nails and eyebrows done all in one day. As a mom this just makes my day so much easier.

They charge significantly too much for a salon, Jennifer is Unbearable, droning on about her "responsibilities as a stylist" and how "entitled" her clients are, and stylists are not payed properly. I wouldn't support this salon if my life depended on it. My actual rating is 0/5 stars but Google didn't give me that option.

My wedding party and I are booked for the big day, The early hospitality they have already shown me, is beyond. They are very accommodating for the amount of girls that will be in the salon. I love the atmosphere in the salon with each and every girl there. I would trust any girl in the salon with my hair <3.

I saw Jessica, she was very nice and very good. Very personable and did a great job. However it cost $70 just to get my hair trimmed! My friend made the appointment for me so I didn't know the cost going in, so that's my bad. If you feel OK spending that amount then I would definitely recommend. But I'm cheap and will be returning to my usual lady.

When I called to book my appointment I spoke with Jessica, the owner. It is very very clear that she takes pride in her business and wants nothing but the best for any client that may walk in the door. She gave me tons of information for the type of appointment I wanted to book. Darilynn (stylist) was seriously a gem giving my daughter teal tips! It was an awesome experience for my daughters first big hair transformation! She was super friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and just a really genuine person who produced some incredible results. She was so great chatting and engaging my daughter, who is 10, throughout the process. My daughter walked out of there feeling like a Rockstar & I can't thank Darilynn enough for doing such a friggen phenomenal job! We can't wait to go back and see her!
