I've been going to Crystal Brown at Ricci for more than ten years. She is the bomb! Cut...colour...whatever I need she always nails it. I can't imagine going anywhere else. But I have to say, that as much as I love Crystal, I have never seen a bad 'do' walk out of that place, no matter who did the work. There's a reason for all those awards in the entry. Silver hair or young hotties, everyone looks great leaving Ricci. Can't recommend it enough. And they have ethical business practices, treat staff well and keep them for years along with loads of professional development. Just go there.

Cant say enough about this salon. The tiles!!! Brilliant design. I had Julia do a demi on my hair with gloss. My hair has never looked better. She was so patient and kind. She even did a strand test (never had that before) service was amazing and the atmosphere was gorgeous. The price is was very reasonable and I felt pampered and totally refreshed when I left. Its been 3 weeks since the color and my hair still shines on! I will def. Be a returning customer. Thanks Ricci

They put a lot of effort into having the best customer experience: excellent stylists (Tony and Elizabeth are both fantastic), they offer drinks (coffee, tea, and soon wine & beer), an excellent online booking system, robes, regular staff education sessions, and washes+rinses.

Really bad color and haircut. Super pricey for poor quality work. I had my hair done in the winter and the stylist didn't even dry it completely, when I mentioned it all I got was major attitude and I left with damp hair. I found the colorist very gossipy. That's just unprofessional! Even the 3 products recommended and purchased, failed. Complete waste of A LOT of $$$$. Would not recommend or return.

There is a reason Tony Ricci has so many awards on his walls. I was searching for a hair stylist after moving back home from grad school a few years ago, and when I found out that my one uncle who always had perfect hair had been going to Tony for the last 15+ years I decided to book in. And let me tell you, I am very happy I did. I have had everything from long hair to extremely short hair, and almost everything in between over the last 2 years and every single cut Tony has nailed. He keeps me looking good and is always easy and enjoyable to talk to. I would highly recommend both him, and Ricci Hair Co. to anyone looking for an amazing cut or colour!

FULL DISCLOSURE: I was chosen as a hair model and did not pay for this service. My blowout by Jr. Stylist (I'm terrible with names, so bear with me) Elizabeth was fantastic. She is upbeat, polite, and cheerful and gives an AMAZING scalp massage. After getting my hair washed with a Kevin Murphy shampoo, I was seated at the cutest blowout bar which is separate from the main salon area. She explained the three types of blowouts offered, and which ones would work best with my hair type. I'm a platinum blonde and find that stylists can be a little rough with the round brush and my sad hair when heat styling, but not Elizabeth. My blowout was beautiful and I got compliments all afternoon. Even though I'm not a regular client of Ricci Hair co, they've definitely convinced me to return in the future and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I get a bit nervous trusting new people to cut my hair but I felt like everything I was saying about my hair and the cut/style that I had envisioned was listened to and worked with. If you want a fantastic men's hair cut get Paige to cut your hair. It was my first time coming here today and it was amazing I got offered a latte as soon as I walked in the door. Paige chatted with me the whole time and made me feel like I had been seeing her for years. I've never left a hair cut and not been covered in hair, somehow she managed to avoid this. I would highly recommend this place. Had a fantastic time.

Had an appointment with Tammy today. I had chosen a haircut I liked which I had never done before and 4 colour foils, which I had never done before either. We talked for about 10 mins and got started. I suffer from severe anxiety and was completely relaxed from start to finish. I had never been here before and decided to go off a gut feeling checking places out. I will be going back, I've found home for this hair. The staff is exceptional, accommodating, and the owner Tony is a total gentleman. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you Tammy!

I will never step foot in this place ever again. The hairdresser ruined my lovely hair. I had a horrible experience. I wasted a lot of money here. I do not recommend. * I decided to try Ricci's as I moved from another city and needed to get my roots done. I was very happy with my hair colour and style as my previous hairdresser did a fantastic job. I asked the stylist at Ricci's to colour my roots. I had a lot of growth as I had not had time to do my roots for quite a while. The stylist did my roots in the wrong colour, despite my instructions and the colour she used made my hair look very orange which looked very unnatural. She was a very nice person and very friendly but not a good hairdresser. Despite her trying to say the colour looked great, I knew it looked horrible and when I went home my spouse agreed the colour at the roots looked mismatched and gave an orange cast to my face. I felt very angry at having spent well over 100 dollars for an ugly root job. I decided to give the hairdresser the benefit of the doubt and to go back a few days later to have her improve/fix it. However in the process she made it look even worse!! She gave me a colour which did not suit me at all! This colour makes me look tired, it is a weird brassy yellow, the sort of colour you get from an inexperienced stylist. It makes my skin look very yellow and sallow as if I am sick. I paid another 100 dollars for this awful look and now my hair is like straw from all the chemical processing. Stay away from this hair salon! !They do not listen and have no idea how to make hair colour suit the skin tone of the client. A stylist needs to be able to see what will suit the client, because the right colour can make you look great whilst the wrong colour can make you look ill and tired as I look right now. Bad experience. I am very unhappy and wish I could change this color but feel I should let my damaged hair rest before touching it again. I wish I had never gone here. *** CONCLUSION: In total I spent +-270 dollars here and the hairdresser ruined my lovely hair. giving me a horrible colour and damaging my hair.

Might be a bit extravagant to get my short mens hair cut at there fancy salon but they always do the best job. Sure it’s not as cheap as SuperCuts or something but I always leave looking great. So in my books good value for money. Service staff are always nice. Only downside is lack of parking nearby.

I have been going to see Jen at Ricci for about 4 years now. I have never had a cut or color that wasn't top notch. Her knowledge about hair is undeniable. I have recommended friends to her and they are now also regular clients of hers. The salon is big and spacious. This is perfect for the way our world is right now. No one is close to you at all. The salon is clean and sanitized after every client! Very professional and always on time! Really do love it here.!

Got my first haircut in years yesterday. The salon booked me in at the last minute as I was doing this very spontaneously, and though I was super nervous I ended up going from quite long hair to a chin length. Chrystal Strader did an excellent job on the cut as well as putting me at ease and complimented my natural colour instead of pushing a colour change on me. The other staff I encountered were also really nice. Though the feel of the place is high end I didn't feel anyone was snobby. Definitely worth the cost. Thanks Chrystal!
