Staff was friendly, helpful and speedy! I ordered items the night before and went into the warehouse to pickup but the order wasnt ready quite yet, and the front staff said they would get it ready for me ASAP as I prepaid. Wonderful experience will buy again from here!

Wolf, the owner of this company is a piece of work. Our business purchased products from ProBeauty in June, was invoiced and that invoice was paid. They could not deliver all the items in July because of a back order at that time. Now 2 months later, Wolf, comes back to us to advise they had made a mistake in pricing and HE WILL NOT honor the original order. He will tell you over and over he just can't absorb the cost of this undercharge and the ONLY option is to pay full cost now. That we have been unreasonable expecting him to fulfill this order and it's taking advantage of him. So his company makes a mistake and he will not be accountable for that mistake? The only solution he offered was to pay more money to get my original order which was paid in full at time of purchase. Sounds like a hostage of product situation now. He is affecting our business and that is not how you find a solution or have any consumer retention. He has had our money since June. I don't care how much you undercharged on this order, it's not up to the customer to repair and pay for your mistake after the fact. He is now saying in writing he won't honor his contract of purchase with us eventhough we have done nothing wrong here. We placed an order, you charged a price, and that price was paid in full. Full elements of a contract were met. UNACCEPTABLE. Wolf, doesn't care that he is losing a 10 yr + client over HIS mistake. I cannot believe a company's position is they made a mistake and will not be held responsible for said mistake. Please keep this in mind when dealing with this company.

The customer service is outstanding, the products are fantastic, and ProBeauty provides absolutely everything I need for my Facial and Skin Care services. If you join their email list, they frequently have 10-20% off sales that are an enormous help on the purse strings... best time to stock up! I can’t thank ProBeauty enough for all help they provide through my phone calls and orders! Wonderful, helpful people. The BEST.

I own a salon and spa and have been in the industry for years, dealing with many suppliers and reps. I walked into the store a couple weeks ago and had a wonderful experience, helpful and not pushy on sales. They have a great point system which most esthetics suppliers dont offer, in which I can say my salon will be taking advantage of from no on!

Nice store/supplier. Have a good concept with selling retail and wholesale. Like I said concept.... Most expensive place to buy most esthetic supplies and the billion dollar brows. Prices are no where comparible to online pricing for retail clients (and wholesale profit margins are lesser). It is always good to have a back up supplier.

I have been to this location lots spent lots of money. Took a friend who also spent lots then suddenly I was nicely told to go to a different location on 75 street. This could have been handled in a much more customer focused and fair way. For example this time it’s ok going forward go to the other location. It’s a half hour drive each way to go there that was rude.

NO STARS. Will never shop here again. You want an apology Wolf, I deserve the apology for you telling me I'm taking advantage of your company. YOU made the mistake of not pricing the product properly and I'm responsible? YOU have no right to tell me that I'm responsible for the way you conduct YOUR business. You are in breach of contract for not filling the rest of my order. You can't simply tell me if I don't apologise to you that I can't have my product at now a discount price. That is holding my product hostage that I have already paid for regardless of how much I paid for it.
