Wolf, the owner of this company is a piece of work. Our business purchased products from ProBeauty in June, was invoiced and that invoice was paid. They could not deliver all the items in July because of a back order at that time. Now 2 months later, Wolf, comes back to us to advise they had made a mistake in pricing and HE WILL NOT honor the original order. He will tell you over and over he just can't absorb the cost of this undercharge and the ONLY option is to pay full cost now. That we have been unreasonable expecting him to fulfill this order and it's taking advantage of him. So his company makes a mistake and he will not be accountable for that mistake? The only solution he offered was to pay more money to get my original order which was paid in full at time of purchase. Sounds like a hostage of product situation now. He is affecting our business and that is not how you find a solution or have any consumer retention. He has had our money since June. I don't care how much you undercharged on this order, it's not up to the customer to repair and pay for your mistake after the fact. He is now saying in writing he won't honor his contract of purchase with us eventhough we have done nothing wrong here. We placed an order, you charged a price, and that price was paid in full. Full elements of a contract were met. UNACCEPTABLE. Wolf, doesn't care that he is losing a 10 yr + client over HIS mistake. I cannot believe a company's position is they made a mistake and will not be held responsible for said mistake. Please keep this in mind when dealing with this company.
