This place is ok for the threading, but worst for a hair cut. I took my son for a hair cut and it was his first hair cut. My son had pretty long hair so I wanted to donate it for a good cause. I told the hair stylist to make a pony tail and cut the hair, but he did such a bad job that those hair are wasted( all messed). Not only that he almost took an hour to cut my son's hair and they were not even at all. It looked like someone very unprofessional cut the hair. I doubt it was that hair stylist first time of cutting hair. I will never ever go to this place again even though if they offer free hair cut. Totally would NOT recommend at all

Great stylist and facial experts,had a hair cut and threading done on my face,as I have allergies to facial hair removal cream. Threading is great for me and no chemicals,and great job.

well, i won't go back there. and i never recommend this place for hair smoothing to anyone because they charged me 420$ for this which is reasonable but i didn't got good treatment in that much money. Infact one of there staff burnt my ear with hair straightner. Zero professionalism

Have to wait for an hour and just got normal trimming but they charge $35 for which they charge $15 last time same cut so annoying never going back at this place.

I came here to get a haircut and my face waxed, I always come here to get a face wax as they do a fantastic job at eyebrow threading and face waxing, but it was the first and last time I’m ever coming here for a haircut. I showed the lady a picture of how I want my hair to look and she did the exact opposite of what I wanted. Terrible haircut, didn’t pickup the scissors once and used an electric razor the whole time in a horizontal motion instead of straight, now my hair is so choppy and the sides are uneven, one side is so much shorter than the other. It looks nothing like the picture and is so short. WAY shorter than the picture I showed her and WAY shorter than what I had asked for. I had asked for shoulder length and it is way above my shoulders. It looks nothing like the picture and even my friends and family laughed and joked at how my haircut looks compared to the picture I showed them of what I wanted, I'm so embarrassed to go out. NEVER returning here for a haircut, only good service they provide is waxing/threading.

I cannot praise this wonderful place enough. They treat you like a damn king, listen to all your thoughts and concerns about your hair, explain all the products and steps if you ask, and, on the off-chance you don't love the way your hair turns out, they will fix it for you with no complaints. Their staff is wonderful and very talented at making you look your absolute stunning.
