Burned my hair during straightening perm and the owner blamed my prior hair condition for the scorched hair. Ironically in the beginning, she complimented my hair condition + we cut over 20cm off. Have had perms elsewhere but never experienced brittle dryness and burning like here. I had to cut more to remove the badly damaged ends, but the remaining hair is still damaged too. Awful customer service and hope this does not happen to anyone else.

It was my first time going to M hair salon. I was so satisfied with their service. The staff was very very nice and friendly. I got haircut with Polly. She is the hairstylist really take time to listen to what you want and understand easily even my English is as a second language. She gave haircuts the way I want it to be. I really like my haircut. I can tell that the hairstylist at this salon is very professional. Thank you so much.

Went today with my girlfriend and it was an amazing experience! The service was amazing and spot on! my girlfriend showed the lady (I'm sorry I forgot to ask for your name!) what she wanted her hair to look like and she got it 10/10! She even gave us advice and tips on what to do with her hair and we ended up loving it more than expected! Would definitely recommend anyone struggling with their hair (particularly asian hair as they specialize on it) and would for sure come back next time!

I got a hair cut here for the first time, about 10 days ago. I think this is the first time that I've gotten a haircut and it didnt look funny afterwards. And I think it actually looks good! I don't know who this woman was, she's a little short, but she might just be a miracle worker! I still look in the mirror and I can't believe that my hair looks this good!

I got the digital perm waves done a while ago and I absolutely was loving it!! The staff are accommodating and friendly, the salon itself is pretty minimalistic and super clean. Overall a good experience! I was cautious with getting a perm done at first but even now after getting my hair done, it doesn't feel dry at all. The whole process was so caring and gentle! I can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you so much C:

My sister, her boyfriend and I have been going to M Hair Salon for a few years now and we leave the salon happy every time! Polly is my usual hairdresser, but everyone there is so kind and talented! I've had my hair cut, styled, colored and toned (they were even able to strip the black & pink hair dye from my hair and return me to my usual mousey brown), and each time they are time efficient and exceed my expectations. A great price for great results! They also offer beauty treatments such as scalp treatments and waxing, I hope to check out some of these services in the future. Please consider this salon for any of your beauty needs!

Located literally 500 meters from university grounds, this salon is one of the best I've been to in Edmonton. Haircuts are always fantastic and the pricing is quite competitive. The stylists do their best to fit you into their schedules, even going past their closing hours to do so. Though they specialize in Asian hair, they do an excellent job with other types of hair as well (and beards). For a university student, there's no better place to go.

The owner fixed my hair that was completely ruined from Yumi's a couple months ago. I thought I had no hope of making my hair look good again since it was cut way too short in a very messy way but she trimmed it and permed it and voila. Problem solved. The lady seems to know what she does and also good at recommending certain styles that would go well with the shape of your face, etc.

First time here, I got the perm and cut. I was looking around for Korean Perm places, looked for star ratings, and customer reviews. I went on with this one. I was greeted by the front desk and really friendly through out the whole process. The place was really clean, washroom was nice, was given water, and really good wifi. I will come back! 5/5 Star!

I called with a hair EMERGENCY! A friend in hair school bleached my entire head and it was every color from white to orange to red and PATCHY!!! Not to mention a lot was burned of hair burned off completely! They told me to come in right away and did an amazing job at fixing it and at a very fair price Michelle, Polly and Jenny all worked on me and did an excellent job and I feel beautiful again. easily the worst hair salon i have ever been to. rushed through the entire process. didn’t even part my hair before she started cutting. i look like a damn mushroom cap and i asked for a mid-length bob with no layers. they didn’t even wash my hair properly. do NOT GO HERE! i have never felt more hideous in my own skin.
