Whether it's makeup or hair, our family has had wonderful experiences with this salon. Having moved here from San Francisco, I'm used to a very high standard and my cut was on par with anything I received there. The customer service here is outstanding. It's clear that the employees are really happy with the management team.

Jesse is very attentive and strives (actually succeeds) in making my hairstyle just right. He is professional and easy going. Jesse is willing to try my "crazy" ideas and always makes sure I leave completely satisfied with my cut. I can tell he enjoys the work and, possibly, the challenge(?) of my style. The salon is bright, airy and always spotless. All the staff are friendly and inviting. Overall, it is a very positive experience for me.

A great and professional Aveda salon in town. My hairstylist and the rest of the employees are kind and welcoming, and on top of it all, you get the full Aveda experience (coffee, tea, water, massaging chairs, ipads, and more) Would definitely recommend.

Overall a very enjoyable experience. Lindsey was welcoming and easy to chat with. I wasn't entirely sure what direction I wanted to take my hair, but we quickly created a plan to achieve the hair goals I'm looking to obtain. My hair turned out beautifully, well blended and softer than it has ever been. I already can't wait to sit in Lindsey's chair again and will be back for sure!

Amazing salon! The massage chairs while your hair is washed and the relaxing shoulder,neck and scalp massage prior to your cut makes the appointment relaxing and rejuvenating ! A very unique service, it's a treat to look forward to!

LUUM IS NOT A QUALIFYING UPSCALE SALON ‼️ I should have known better then to go back after my regular lady left. First I went for a hair colour and when my head was still full of grey she told me that dye sometimes doesn’t colour grey, I believe that until the next day I noticed that bits and pieces of the gray hair were dyed but not whole strands so I went back and the owner re: coloured my hair and lo and behold all of it took, So the next month I went for a spiral perm, Take a look... this is my $260 spiral perm right out the shower with quality curl enhancer... ???? No Fix Ups This Time, The owner wanted to book me for a wash/cut/style, I was 20min late and even though I said I don’t need a wash or style I just need you to get it wet and tell me IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE work for your salon and I was shrugged off and out like I was a problem, no haircut included now after a week, I can’t add a picture here but I can on Facebook. Maybe 60% of my hair has a slight wave

I have been going to Rebecca for about a year and a half, and I am so glad I found her! I was never the type to have a hairstylist I would go to more than once as I never committed to my hair, but after my first cut with her I can definitely say I don't trust anyone with my hair but her. The first time I met with her she took the time to sit down with me, consult me, she even felt my hair and explained to me why I was experiencing breakage on the one side of my head. Something NO ONE has ever done. She always remembers our prior conversations, and always gives me the hair of my dreams.

I love Luum. Everyone is so friendly, the salon is very clean and they are trying so hard to comply to all the Covid-19 rules. I can hardly wait to start some threading treatments again. Also their prices are so reasonable. Really helps that my stylist Jesse is so awesome and makes me look so good.
