Best salon in the city. I have gone to this salon since it first opened. I have experienced every type of service offered at this salon including hair, nails, massage, waxing, lashes and pedicures. I absolutely love and trust this salon. This is the only salon I would go to. I hightly recommend Cayley Moncrieff for hair. She is amazing with color and achieving what you want. I would rate this a 5 star salon

Awful experience here for hair color. came in for a color correction and left worse off. my hair is brassy and has brown chunky streaks in it. didn't even let her finish blowdrying or cutting my hair. when asking for a refund I was met with an very rude attitude and resentfullness towards me, and being told pretty much it was my hairs fault. If a stylist has concerns about their ability on a so called "easy fix" or the state of the hair, the client should be warned. on a second note I was told countless excuses as to why my hair turned out so badly. I have an understanding of how what I wanted should be achieved and even went to another salon for a consultation and they agreed that it wasn't my hairs fault, it was a lack of knowledge and ability on the stylists end. very upset with my experience here.

Best salon in Lethbridge, no doubt. I have had almost every service they offer and have not been disappointed. Would recommend Cayley for lashes and hair extensions/coloring and Miranda for a massage. I've had nothing but great experiences here and am a very happy client :)
