I’ve been going here since 2012. Lana is the only person that cuts my hair. I lived with a hairdresser, with a salon in the house, for a year and still would only see Lana. I don’t even have to say anything ever, she just does my hair perfect every time. This place is also really accessible for being in WEM; parking right outside and directly inside the doors.

Gone here a couple times.. Place is a little pricey but I find it worth the price, if you want a cut that's very well done I'd recommend stylist Anthony. If you show him a pic of what you want done you won't get any closer of a match, cut is very clean & looks sharp. As for color last couple times haven't had exactly what I pictured but overall happy with what I come away with.

Payed 63.00 for a trim the person cutting my hair could not understand a word I said a woman had to translate what I wanted he took over 4 inches off in the front and 5-6 inches in the back he butchered my hair And then he styled it in such a way that I didn’t notice until I got home and straighten my hair the haircut was so bad I had to go and get a wig not a person in that Salon offered to fix it and there is absolutely no remorse over what they did to my hair and if I wanted it fixed I had to pay for another haircut. And for future reference for everyone that doesn’t know if you are really unhappy with your haircut you do not have to pay a dime for it and because I paid for it they won’t do anything about it stay away from this Hair Salon. I do have pictures of how bad the haircut is but can’t upload pictures on reviews

Jack makes every 3 hour trip up from Calgary completely worth it and I would continue to make that trip for the sheer impeccable quality of his work. Lana does my hair. Friendly and good service. Washes hair before and after, massages neck, and makes sure the job is finished and looking good before you leave. I can get it cut for less money elsewhere, but the service is worth it.

Awesome men's haircuts, I go with bow, he is very skilled with fades and takes his time. He is hard of speaking English but by far the best haircuts I have ever gotten. Women's hair is best done by Gina. Both are 10\10. They wash your hair before and then warm rinse with hot cloth after. The price is amazing for what you get. Easily affordable and I have been going to them for 7 years+ & never an issue, always satisfied. 10/10 recommended.

I come to this salon for Anthony. I am from Montreal and travel to Edmonton for business. I was lucky to have met him 5+ years ago. Ever since then, he has been the only one to cut my hair and he always finds a way to fit me in whenever I am in town. He’s worth the travel and the wait.

Gina is by far the best in the city, and so fun to talk to and joke around with. All her customers have followed her for years. I'm a guy, and I'm really picky, my hair is really hard to cut, but she nails it every time without ever having to explain it to her. Just amazing. She's busy as you can imagine, but it's easy to make an appointment.

Jack was an amazing hairstylist. I got a Pixie haircut way back in June, and I just want to come back and say that my hair style hasn’t had a single awkward phase since I let it grow out from June. Jack really looked at my reference picture and knew exactly what I was looking for and surpassed my expectations. I can’t believe my pixie is going to grow from shaved sides to past shoulder length without needing any trims because the shape is still looking amazing. Will definitely be coming back for future hairstyling! Also the price is definitely worth what I got!

Why would I make an appointment and then have you tell me that you don’t have enough time to do my nails and toes?? Horrible service I actually just up and left! Will not be going back!

Had my eyebrows waxed by I think Kim. The waxing room is DISGUSTING. Shopping bags and their personal belongings in the room. The bed is dirty, and looks like it hasn’t been wiped in a while. Walls full of wax, hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. She repeatedly dipped the stick into the wax without changing the stick (I honestly don’t even know if the stick was new to begin with). My skin on the brow bone was burning and painful after, and upon inspection in a mirror, I realized that she actually ripped the skin off on both sides. I confronted her, and she put the blame on me by saying that I didn’t tell her about my sensitive skin (I don’t have sensitive skin, and have been waxing for a very long time). I didn’t get my money back even though I should have. If I could give zero stars for the lack of sanitation, and my painful ripped skin I would. Awful.

I have been going to this place with my mother and sisters for two years now. They are dishonest business people. They post signs with monthly deal prices and then do not honour them. When I argued they laughed and said “you thought you’d get all that for that price?” Well yes I did! That’s what a deal of the month is...a deal. And that what the sign says. If it’s not what you mean have someone with proper English create the sign. Also many times they have changed prices on us. I would like to note that we love Kim. She is sweet and does an amazing job on our nails. It’s a shame I will not be going back to her because of her employer.

The Jayden Salon West Edmonton Mall has a very welcoming environment. I seldom go for hair cut because i love having a long hair so I make sure i go to somebody who really knows what he/she is doing. And that’s where Anthony comes in. He’s a well experienced hair stylist.

Amazing salon ! I went in today for a hair cut and Lana was so kind and sweet. I was nervous to get a trim and she calmed me down and gave me the most beautiful cut. I initially only wanted an inch off and after getting that all done , I realised I wouldn't mind getting another inch or two off as it looked great already. Even though she had pretty much finished the cut, she was more than happy to take more length off for me! 1000000% I will be coming back! Thanks Lana!!!!

I just had My first visit to Jayden salon. I followed Anthony here as he has been my hair stylist for past 3 years. The salon is clean and large so it is not cramped with people which is nice. Anthony refreshed my colour and shape and as always I was very happy with the results. I always leave feeling like a million bucks and my hair bounces. He keeps you informed with his schedule and replies right away with your appt. I highly recommend him if your in Edmonton.

I would not recommend this place to anybody regardless of the other reviews it’ll fool you like it fooled me. I asked for an undercut with a fade on the sides 1-3 and this lady is like “yeah I know what you want”. When she used the clipper and it first touched my head, my heart dropped. I know she had done something wrong, I did not have my glasses on so I couldn’t be 100 if she had done it wrong. Fast forward until the end of the cut, my glasses are back on and the sides are comepletely ruined. Sides are not faded, measurements completely off(I asked for a number 1-3 fade, she gave me a 1-1.5 poorly attempted fade). She did not understand or listen to exactly what I wanted. Extremely disappointed 0/5 if it was even a possibility. Maybe it was the person I got, but I still do not recommend

I've been going to this salon for a while now. Awesome service. Wash before and after and they can cut a guys hair without him looking like a lego man with a squared head. Prices are more than fair and they're friendly. I've never been upset with my results and I know what I like. I can vouche for the guys it's a solid hair cut even. Doesn't matter who you get. They have a solid roster.
