Pathetic customer dealing! The staff really needs to learn what customer service is, went there yesterday just for eyebrows and they decided to close the store before 9, just because these ladies felt like it, and instead of being polite and explaining the reason, they were screaming from the inside, no no we are closed we are closed, their google listing showed they were open, that’s the reason a person would drive all the way, might as well just change your hours instead of misguiding people and then lacking the decency to treat people with politeness.

Immensely disappointed by the poor service, unprofessional behaviour of their hair-dress “jassi” as all he asked me to wait for max 15 minutes, but the overall wait time lasted for an hour. I clearly mentioned that I need no funky haircut, which he entirely ignored and ended up with some kind of a mohawk haircut, to which I angrily responded and asked him to chop my hair off further. The haircut is so poor and unsymmetrical that it seems as it’s been cut by some novice hairdresser. I won’t even give 1 star to them. Totally unprofessional and do not value others’ time.

Really bad customer service . Staff don't know what they are doing. I ask for one particular hair colour but they give 3 different kind of hair colour on my hair . Looking funny . Staff was applying to much chemical on my hair just to match the colour and still didn't match . Really disappointed .when I complaint they still didn't care .

Unprofessional. Went for a full face threading session and was taken in 30min later than my appointment, thereafter leaving the salon I noticed I still had hairs left but didn't bother going back cause I had other things I was running late for due to their lack of promptness. I'm never coming back here.

Have to revise this review because they've lost my and my family's business. They will prioritize walk-ins over appointments and they lie about the wait time. I've attempted to make appointments and had been made to wait several times for 20+ minutes. The last time, it had been 30 minutes so I got up and left because they decided to take a walk-in for a facial right before I showed up. I feel like they don't really care about customer loyalty and they want to make as much money in that moment as possible. I do not recommend if you're looking to spend less than an hour at the salon for a hair cut. They might offer low prices but it's not the best value in the area when you factor in time spent waiting.

Congested place. Not following covid related precautions. Not a clean place. Not hygienic. Do not sanitize their tools and equipments. No cleaning of chairs for new customers. Use tools from each others stations, without asking whether sanitized or not. Same Cape used again and again. May become reason for virus spread.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience here. My visit was nothing short of a disaster that costs me not only money but valuable time as well. My hope is that my experience was a rare occurrence and won't happen to other customers. Any one of the incidents that occurred would be enough to make for a bad experience, but I went through many in one visit: 1. During the perm, staff ran out of curlers (perm rods) and had to get some from the other branch/store. This happened not only once but TWICE! This added to the delay in completing the appointment. 2. Based on the numerous previous perms I've had, I expected staff would apply chemical carefully on each curler. Instead, the staff sprayed the chemical indiscriminately all over my hair and scalp. This caused irritation on my scalp. 3. While washing my hair, my entire back and clothes got drenched. I had to change into a gown that the staff provided while they dried my clothes. 4. Total time for the appointment was 4.5 hours! They told me that it would take 2 hours, 3 hours max. We all know people's time is very important. 4.5 hours for a perm is unbelievably long. 5. The WORST part: I specifically requested big, wavy curls for my perm. I showed photos to the stylist, and he acknowledged the look I wanted. HOWEVER, the result was the exact opposite of what I requested. Instead of big wavy curls, I had numerous ugly small curls. The stylist said to give it 48 hours to see whether things might improve. For all my previous perms, I saw the expected results immediately after the perm. Anyway, there was no improvement at all so I came back. As a temporary fix, I was offered free hair styling on the day of my event/party. I was also offered a permanent fix (perming my hair again) after a week but I did not bother to come back as we know that would mean more chemicals being poured into my hair/scalp in a short period of time. Plus, there was no guarantee that they would make it right.

I remember my kid’s hair the barber was Usha. She doesn’t know how to cut. She started cutting hair from top and she cut very small. Without asking. Even she was expecting tip. Moreover she charged already 14$ for my kid which should be $10. If she doesn’t listen or ask customers she shouldn’t take step to cut hair easily. Worst experience ever.

I wish I could give zero star. The worst hairstyling services ever. Took my son for haircut and his hair was ruined. My husband got his haircut, but the lady who cut his hair did wrong styling even though my husband explained well before she started. Thought to give this salon another try and I went to get my hair cut and styled...but got my hair ruined badly by the stylist. Now I'm waiting for my hair to grow out so that I can go to someone better for cut and styling. Seems like no one in this salon knows how to cut and style hair. Would not recommend anyone to this salon.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Booked an appointment With Amy 2 weeks ahead of time. When I went there, he acted like he forgot about my appointment. He told me to wait for another hour , Anyhow I agreed to wait and after an hour, I called back just to confirm about my spot, he told me to wait again for another 30 minutes. Then I decided not to go because I value my time. I can find another hairdresser easily in the town, just wanted to try his work for the very first time! I will never recommend him to anyone!

I went in to get my upper lips done through threading (around $3.00) and the attendant did not thoroughly do her job. I also told her to go through them one more time and get the hairs on the side of my lips but even after she went through them again there was still some hair left. I checked her work in the car and at home and decided to go to another salon that same night to get my upper lips threaded one again. I agree that this salon has cheap prices but the quality of their threading job reflects that price value.

Booked appointment at 12, came at 12, but after 40 mins of waiting, they are still on other customers. I had my class to attempt at 1pm, can’t wait anymore, so i left. There were other guys waiting who had appointment even before me. Around 12:30, there’s a person walk and said “i have appointment at 2, but i got a call from you asked me if i can come at 12:30, so I’m here now.” Then they made him wait too. Definitely worst experience. As a salon they have no spirit of contact, as a person, they have no sense of time. A total failure as a new shop. If you wanna anything else rather than wait for them the whole day, don’t go here.

Not good! I went to do my hair color and just after 2 months my hair color was fading! I did call the salon and they promise me to call back because of Covid-19 they were close!! 3 months has passed and no one has the courtesy to call you back! One of the worst salon in Edmonton. The guy took good amount of money from me to color and haircut + give me shampoo to use afterwards so that color does not fade away= $380 but after 1 week my color starts fading even after using shampoo. I went to show my hair and he told me it happens due to my post delivery hormonal changes. I ask him when I ask him before colouring my hair he told me it does not matter... please donot go to them they just want to make money . I ask for refund partially and return his products which he gave me he refused it to take.. no customer value nothing.. the guy is very rude and at the same time one another customer is also upset and came to complain him about his hair cut. I really wish if this owner changes his habits and give good customer service. NEVER GO THIS GUY.. HE JUST MAKES MONEY AND SERVICE IS ZERO. I WISH IF RATING IS IN NEGATIVE I SHOULD GIVE HIM NEGATIVE ???? RATING.

Visited the salon, as my normal barber was out of town for the long weekend. The wait was long which is understandable, but staff after seating me never acknowledged me for the remainder of my long wait, however continued to take breaks too talk to each other. Once it was finally my turn the hair dresser tried to hurry my haircut and did a TERRIBLE job, as it seemed he was trying to rush through my haircut to help someone else he knew right after me.

Jas was my barber for the last 2 years. He used to take nearly an hour for my haircut and beard trim. Since he opened his own salon he rushes to finish in less than half hour. No more quality work just quantity. He is very rude now and their customer service is also horrible. Never going back again.

They were not happy about us being groupon customers and were pretty rude about it. The owner is always nice and friendly but there are some bad apples working there. The place was very crowded and there were no proper sanitizing procedures which made me very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they change the attitude of the people working there. Better attitude would attract more customers.
