Absolutely blown away by my first appointment with Jon at Harrow. being very indecisive as to what I want done with my hair changing so much during my pregnancy, Jon put me at ease straight away, asking relevant questions at the start and offering useful advice throughout the appointment. He has a great personality to joke with through the whole appointment! The salon is fabulous with an excellent range of thee best hair products. Very pleased with my cut and color and overall experience, I highly recommend this salon and Jon in particular. Thank you for making a pregnant woman feel amazing.

I randomly found Bailey from an Instagram search after being disappointed that every stylist I went to could not get my hair the ash blonde color I kept asking for. Bailey is amazing! The salon is fresh and hip and Bailey ALWAYS gets my cut and color PERFECT! She is an INCREDIBLY TALENTED stylist who always listens to her client and then provides feedback as to what she thinks would work best for YOUR hair. She is open and honest and I always look forward to “hair day”!!! I HIGHLY recommend Bailey for any style or color that you are thinking of trying!

I've switched hair dressers because no seem to get the hair style/ haircolor I want, but John and I work so closely together that he always delivers the best color and cut I've had. I’ve been seeing Bailey for a few years now and I ALWAYS recommend her when other people are looking for a new hair stylist. She consistently provides an excellent cut and colour and it feels like catching up with an old friend each time I have an appointment with her. The salon carries high end hair products and I never feel pressured to purchase anything (but I usually do!). Not sure what I think of this place. Parking is confusing, and I didn’t really feel a warm welcome. It seemed like a bunch of individual stations in their own worlds all in one place..not cohesive. None of the other stylists even acknowledged me...it was a weird vibe. Anyways, I went in to see Bailey. Lovely person. Asked if I wanted something to drink, I said water no ice, she went to the staff room & came out with nothing. I didn’t want to be a pain and ask where my water was. Anyways, she listened to what I was after & worked her magic. I have yet to have an impressive overall experience; however I do think that I would go back to see Bailey for my cuts in the future - she is talented with her shears.
