Being able to not only give someone their hair back, but to actually be a part of their incredible journey every step of the way. I remember the pride I felt when telling people where I worked, or what I did for a living. "I change people's lives" I would say. The ongoing support and feedback from managment. The family atmosphere that was not just center to center, rather company wide. I am now the Managing Director of HairClub in Bedford. Hairclub in Edmonton really changed my life and confidence . I was suffering from hair loss problems since I was 20 and use to wear caps everywhere . I used to avoid meeting people and going to parties and always use to feel inconfident for my looks . My friend told me about this place and after I am with Hairclub for 1.5 years now . They are very reasonable and awesome. Staff is very professional and they make you always feel special . The process is non surgical and you can do all activities with your hair which includes biking ,swimming , socializing etc . Indeed it's a life changing experience. I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is suffering from a hair loss problem must try this place .

I had alopecia at the back of my head. That's what convinced me to give the place a try. I signed on for an expensive year long plan to help get hair growing in the area again. They were honest and stated it was only a 65% chance of success and what steps needed to be taken for it to work. They also educated me on the details of what helps hair grow and prevent any hair loss. In 6 months the hair grew back and I'm glad I took up their services. It's expensive, but you get what you paid for I feel. No regrets.

So...i truly feel the need to comment for mere fact that my experience at hair club has been nothing but positive. ☺ I have been debating going somewhere for treatment for years but was embarrassed...nervous...scared and also worried about the cost finacially. I googled many places but was really drawn to hair club. So...i finally got up the courage to contact them. I immediately felt at ease and cared about and i dunno just good. I felt ready for this journey and broke down in tears. When i came for my 1st appointment the receptionist Mina was so kind and warm and welcoming.so that was great. My fear slowly diminished.haha Then i met Mark Saini. I literally was holding back tears . i was excited but scared and nervous.but like an angel he made me feel very comfortable. He talked to me about treatment options and possible causes of my hair. We worked together...devised the plan of action and he set me up with a payment plan . i was super worried about that.whew.actually sooo afordable and soo worth it.also the extra services and available product selection is truly a bonus! Then Tirisha...my treatment lady. She was lovely made me feel so comfortable.explained everything step and by step for my home treatment.very kind super lady with an excellent understanding of her craft. Also gave me a little trim to fix up my botched job from a previous haircut elsewhere. All i can say is i highly highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with hairloss and self-confidence issues because of it! Cant wait to start this process and start seeing the results!! Thank you to all of you !i cant thank you enough!!p.s.doritto chips in the sitting room afterwards! Haha

I first came here about a year after I started noticing my hair loss. I had previously tried many types of shampoos and even tried the typical minoxidil/finasteride combo that a company offered monthly supplies of. None of it worked. Although a little pricey, hair club is 100% worth it. I'm halfway through the EXT program and my hair has stopped falling out and I'm seeing new hairs grow in. My specialist actually showed me that my hair count is up about 35%! I see close up magnifications of my hair follicles every time I'm in and I can actually see the individual hairs getting thicker and darker. My girlfriend noticed right away too! The whole staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. My advice for this program... Get a laser helmet. They will push you to get one that they offer (Capillus) which are very pricey but I ordered one called iRestore off Amazon and it works great and is fraction of the other ones. It even has much better reviews than the Capillus. Either way, you won't regret it.

I just started my treatment and I can say that so far my experience has been great, from the consultation I had with Mark S. he is very knowledgeable of the treatments used and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my hair and how the treatments work to correct the issues. Angie is my stylist and her friendly demeanor and knowledge of the product and treatment made me feel comfortable and relieved that I made my decision to use Hair Club for my thinning hair, Angie was great to deal with and did an awesome job explaining to me how to use the products I was given, and cut and style my hair. There is no doubt in my mind that this quality of service will persist as I continue to go through the program. I would highly recommend Hair Club thus far, more reviews to come.

Spent most of my time with Angela and Vu, they are both amazing and their attention to detail makes for an excellent service. I find the service I use is quite expensive but with any google search of hair loss solutions would tell you that there isn’t a cheaper option.

I remember my cousin noticing my "bald spot" in the backseat while I was driving. I remember showering and shampooing my hair only to find strands of hair in between my fingers. I remember looking in the mirror trying to convince myself that becoming bald was fine and that my dad is so its only natural that I become bald too. Hairclub has changed my life. Period. The staff are friendly and helpful its like walking into a spa everytime you visit. Their product is amazing in every aspect, I had severe dandruff from all the oils I was using and their "dermacare" took care of it. When I came in for a consultation Mark was very thorough and informative. He walked through information on scalp health and how it affects hair growth/loss. It was very professional and he showed me options on how we could find a solution to hair loss. When I came in for the first treatment Paula was my stylist and gave a great cut and went over the process and product. She was very detailed and knowledgeable about the products they send you home with. Seeing what can be done to stop hair loss and promote hair growth makes me wish I had come in sooner! I will update as we progress through the one year treatment but so far I am happy with the service and atmosphere of HairClub

Contacted the toll free number to book an appointment and the gentleman was not professional and was not at all attentive to the questions I had. I was skeptical, but saw the reviews online and it was positive. Which is why I wanted to proceed forward. Service from the beginning (call centre) to the end is very important if you are investing in services such as is.
