I had Judy as my stylist and she killed it! I wanted a fun little Joan Jett style mullet and I was a bit nervous because I had never had a cut like this before but I am so obsessed! She used a razor for most of my cut which I LOVE! If any guys or gals out there are looking for a funky, super textured haircut I totally recommend going to see Judy! She was so sweet and made sure to let me know that I could come in and get anything fixed if I needed it! So so pleased with what she gave me! :) Thanks Judy! <3

Bad experience in having this keratin treatment which cost me $130 and more than an hour. This was the best treatment suggested by those “professionals” for my kinda hair but legit did no change to my hair. My hair are still frizzy and exactly same like before. I wasted my time and money. Very disappointed with the service I got.

I highly recommend Erin and many of the other girls in here for anyone's hair! Not only did they repair my blunder and kept me from feeling like an idiot, but they really helped me bounce life back into my hair and taught me how to maintain it. Considerate and just the right amount of chatty, Erin was super considerate and stayed late to have my hair looking great just the day before a Bachelorette. There was even a follow up where the time and effort these girls put into my hair floored me and for all that the price was so super cheap. I felt like a princess and really got pampered! I super appreciate these girls' expertise and brought in two of my friends for cuts for their half off cut and color Wednesdays in September and both girls walked out looking like super stars! Happy customers here girls- keep up the great work! :)

I'm Amazed by their staff and compassion as my two and a half year old autistic daughter really needed a haircut and we've had so much trouble finding somebody who could cut it they set us up with a lady named j a n a and I highly recommend her my daughters hair is straight finally and looks beautiful our wait was not long the salon was clean

I enjoy going to see Josee. Shes friendly not afraid to give you her options. Actually the 1st stylist to recommend something besides a standard ceaser cut. I will wait for for service before I'd just see who has a right now appointment. She also cleans up my brows awesome.... Shes my fave

I called them for an appointment for my 13 years old kid, I specifically inquired about the price, they told me $25 but when the hairdresser saw my daughter, she said she had to charge me full price woman ($40) because the hair is too many and too thick. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I demanded the original price I was told and it was given to me, but the hairdresser was not happy, she even rolled her eyes. It is not nice to start a "relationship" like this with whom is gonna have scissor on your hair (or on your daughters).

Josee is my stylist, she is fantastic, always love my hair and what she can do with it, been coming for years.. my complaint is the masks...enough already!! The stylists wear them, the clients are in their chairs, they should not be forced to wear them!! Both my husband and I see are Green Apple customers but may leave if this Mask issue doesn't change for the clients at the very least! Come on Green Apple Management listen to your paying customers!!

I also cut well with satisfaction. It was nice that the other staff were also friendly. Not only did she fix the terrible mistakes from before but gave me excellent highlights that blended in perfectly with my natural color. She made sure that not only was I happy with the cut color and style but that every hair was in place and the disaster cut from before was erased. Now I look and feel like a new person. I’m always a last minute appointment maker so I love being able to book on line now. My only suggestion would be that along with being able to choose a specific stylist, it would be great if we could choose more than one at a time. That way if I like more than one of your great stylists, I can see ALL the appointment times I could take all at once.

I am particular with my cuts, like anyone, and even though I am loyal to one or two stylists, I don't always get the stylists I want. But, I am confident that the turn around is low and the same stylists I have chosen to cut my hair time and time again are still employed here for years which means that 9/10 times I get the haircut I want. Once in a while I get an alternate stylist which is a hit and miss with them, but my regular stylists always are consistent with my hair cuts. Thank you.

I bought 2 - 1 liter size shampoo and conditioner and they told me they charge 5 cents for a plastic bag now. How was I supposed to carry the large bottles without a bag in the mall without paying the 5 cents for plastic bag? Frustrating to get charged for plastic bags, they are truly a liberal store, why not just stop having plastic bags altogether? Idiots.

They were absolutely wonderful with my son when we went for his haircut, were able to fit me in close to closing even though we didn't have an appointment, and the lady who did his hair was fantastic with him. They were super helpful with the questions I had and were able to give me a lot of information about the products I was looking at.

I went in for a trim and to have my hair toned and given highlights. I ended up with red hair and copper streaks. Also, my roots were dyed a dark brown and my hair was cut 2-3 inches shorter in the back than the front. Upon bringing the cut to their attention, as I have eventually been able to get the colour fixed at another salon, I was told they would ask the stylists for their opinions before considering a refund (I paid $150 to have my hair ruined). Don't waste your money.

The women who cut our children's hair was amazing. They look amazing. The wait however was a bit ridiculous I watched the stylist who was suppose to cut the hair took an hour past our appointment time. So thankful for the stylist who took us and got us out much faster and great cuts on top of it. The front end manager was polite and helpful.

The haircut I received was nothing similar to what I had told the stylist. I had told her specifically how I had wanted it and the only similarity is that my hair is shorter. I'm genuinely upset and will never come back to this place again. I'll be sure to pass this message to fellow peers, as well. Why should people pay for others to make their hair look worse.

The service is great! I have gotten my hair done by Judy a few times and I have loved my new hair each time. The only thing that I can say negative about the salon is a particular staff member who doesn’t do a very good job. He has cut my husband’s hair and it was not done very well.

I had booked and appointment with a stylist a week prior. Note that i am not from red deer and i have to plan my days off in advance. I have to wake up early and drive over an hour just to get here. However when i had arrived i had found out my appointment was moved over as a walk in appoitnment and as a result i was pushed onto a new stylist. I had asked if there was enough time before making the appoitment to make sure so that there would be no misunderstandings. If it were a regular hair cut i would not be so upset but something that costs hundreds of dollars is unacceptable. Please be more mindful when booking appointments and dont try to overbook and push clients to other stylists without their knowledge

I just sat waiting for my appointment for 25 minutes. No one came by to say stylist was running behind or that there would be a wait! After 25 minutes I mentioned I had been waiting 25 minutes and was then told that she was running behind and it would be another 15 minutes. Terrible customer service. I have dealt with green apple for over 20 years. Maybe they are going down hill. 45 minutes to wait for an appointment is ridiculous. At the very least let your customers know what is going on. I won't be returning or recommending Bower mall green apple to anyone.
