I was extremely impressed by Great Clips focus on a safe reopening with Covid-19. It was nice to see a business doing things right for their employees and the customers they serve. Masks were required by staff and customers alike, bravo! I did not observe the same safety being demonstrated by many other businesses so Great Clips is worthy of praise in this regard. This is a business I will continue to support. Thank You for your focus on keeping both your staff and customers safe in these strange times. I will be avoiding businesses that are not taking Covid-19 seriously and while I'm sure a few customers may be put off by having to wear a mask, maybe they should just stay home if they are because this was a really responsible decision by the ownership, a shining example of what all businesses should be doing.

Not a great experience I wanted something else got something else done. And the length is very short. I asked to have a medium length just below my shoulder but whatever its hair it will grow.but I was not pleased because I had shown the guy a pic and he cut my hair totally different haircut,not near close to what I wanted

I am usually fairly easy going when it comes to haircuts. But my last two haircuts there have been terrible. One of the stylists cut it way shorter than requested. Even worse the cut was uneven. You could really notice the different lengths when I spiked it.On my last visit I asked for a trim of 1/2 “. The stylist cut an 11/2” off my bangs! They will take forever to grow out. I cried when I left the salon. The stylist seemed very unfriendly and aloof. I don’t think I will go back again.

Use the app to check-in! It's great. I like to have Jack as my stylist and because his schedule changes (or I haven't memorized it!), I'll call the store on the day I'm available to go and they are always polite and informative when I ask if Jack is in. The whole staff always seems cheerful and helpful to each other. Jack is efficient with the time and will occasionally (depending if they're busy) offer a hot towel after the cut, which is a nice touch.

Decent haircut. I normally go to a different location but I was in Sherwood Park today. My "clip notes" (or whatever they're called) weren't on the system apparently. I've used Great Clips for years, so this was a bit surprising. It's ok though because the man called Jack did a solid job without the notes. Not the most mind-bending haircut experience of my life, but pretty good - hence 4 stars.

went in to fix the hack job we did at home on my 7yr old. Brittany was amazing and even said it wasnt that bad (trust me it was) she actually managed to get him excited to go for haircuts and let him pick colors. it looks weird with the colors, but I choose my battles and let him have the white and green hair for the day. The haircut is perfect. exactly what we wanted

This review is a bit late... I had my hair cut at Great Clips over a year ago. I informed the employee “T” that I had a coupon. “T” said ok and she did an excellent job on my hair. However, when it came time to pay she requested full price. I reminded her that I had a coupon. She said ok again, took the coupon but insisted I pay full price. I didn’t want to argue so I paid it. She crumpled, then threw my receipt away so I asked for it. When I got home I looked at the receipt and although I had to pay full price the receipt stated the sale price. Apparently I wasn’t the only one ripped off that day. I called head office and reported my complaint. I was told someone from Great Clips would call within a few days to discuss my concerns but no one called. Due to a loss in the family I never did a follow-up. I’m only writing now in case this is still happening. Update: I called the number from the “Response from the owner“ message. They confirmed they still had the information from my original complaint and that someone would contact me this time. More than a week later and still nothing.

Wait time was minimal and was accurate to what was suggested online. The price was ideal for the service received. I will definitely use their services again.

I've been going that same spot for years the staff is friendly and professional the wait time has been very reasonable because they have enough staff working. I asked my stylist the best way to blend my thinning hair she gave me a suggestion and I went with it and I'm glad I did. Looks good. I'll be going back.

Every time we come to great clips we’re greeted pleasantly and checked in immediately. I love using the online check in too, great feature. We always get exactly the right haircut .
