A Philippine lady was very rude and doesn’t seems to have customer service, lazy, and doesn’t seem to enjoy her job. Never going there and I’m definitely not recommending anyone to go there. That’s how they loose business.

I went in and had a haircut and for 26.95 it’s a pretty nice cut. It’s not a high priced fancy salon but the service was good and the stylist was professional and friendly. If you don’t want to spend 200.00 on your hair and don’t need the slick salon experience this is a good choice.

I went in 20 minutes before they closed, just to get my undercut shaved quickly. It only takes about 5 minutes. The lady said "we close in 5 minutes". I replied "I thought you close at 4?" She said "we stop taking clients 15 minutes before". But this was 20 minutes before. There were no other clients and 2 staff members there. She told me to come back another day. What's the point on being open until 4 if you won't take clients? I've never seen a place not want business before. She was rude and I will not return.

Aislyn is by far the best stylist I've had. She knows exactly what I get without questions. To think of how many cuts she does a week and can remember one person and what they like, WOW!!!! I'm surprised she doesn't have her own business. Would have paid more for the quality of cut. Thank you Aislyn amazing job as always.

I agree with the previous comment. The blond middle age woman is extremely rude!!! I am hoping the manager can see this review!! I am NEVER EVER coming back to this place!!! Please don't go, I went to Super cuts and they are really really nice people plus I got a much better haircut there. Aweful experience at this First Choice due to the miserable blond woman.

I had to wait for 45 minutes before I walked out as they were all gone for lunch or something. I would appreciate at least somebody letting the customers know that they have to wait an hour or longer for a haircut. Very unprofessional. Never again.

They treat my grandmother like a person. She is mostly blind and darn close to completely deaf. she loves her Queen of England and wants her hair the same. Sheryl makes it happen. Great place.

I was getting my haircuts at this place over the past few years since it was in the neighbourhood, they did a decent job and you would get service. This last time I attempted to get a haircut here, I was ignored. I guess this place turned into one of those haircutters where you have to know the people and 'outsiders' are not welcome. Pity, I'll look for another place now or go back to doing it myself.

Absolute terrible service. I went in for a haircut and the lady cut around the sides and would not cut the top at the length I wanted. She was saying she had to use clippers for the 3 1/2 inches I wanted for the top. That's bs because I have had the same haircut for the last 12 years. I left the store with half a haircut!!!!!! I would never recommend going here ever!

What a terrible experience. My boyfriend had a haircut yesterday. He hates it. The end result was disappointing. She did not take guidance well. She was very rushed and cut herself twice during the hair cut. He definitaly did not ask for a high fade over one ear!

Hard to justify a $25 men’s cut (19.95 plus tax & tip) but they will work until you’re happy and are pleasant company. If u need to come back for a quick fix same week they will help u no charge. Watch for coupons.
