After writing this review and reaching out to the manager of the company I was dealt with the most utmost repspect. He assured me this is never how customers are dealt with and a few rotten apples can't represent the morals of an entire establishment. He invited me to come again, get the hair cut and style of my choice.I was more than happy with the results. Carola was such an amazing stylist who did my hair with so much love. Thank you again.

When I went in I was initially surprised by the volume of people in the shop getting their hair done, but they were super accommodating considering that I simply just walked in and was in a chair in less than 5 minutes. The girl who did my hair did an awesome job of recreating a look I found online (I do find that, for anyone wanting to get their hair done in a jiffy, hairstylists do better if they have a clear reference picture) and was super fast; a little on the quiet side but I didn't mind as I'd had a rough morning. The price was right as I'm used to paying more so I gave a pretty big tip. I'm incredibly happy with the results.

I only see one lady there, & she is incredible! If anyone goes there & wants who I personally find the best, ask for the makeup artist. She is the best of them all. When you walk in she is the first chair on the right hand side. If anyone wants a woman who knows what she is doing ask for Karen. She is the best

Every 6-8 months I come for a ceaser cut. Very standard. I don't think I've ever had the same hair dresser give me the cut be every single time I leave more than satisfied. The staff are friendly and very professional.

My hairdresser was awesome. The natural highlights are amazing and blend seamlessly with my hair. I let her choose the style for the cut and she did an amazing soft layering. She was very kind in the conversation (thank you for letting me complain about my backwards labradoodle) and very professional. It is a bit expensive, but overall, it was great care. Definitely would go back.

My first experience was good with them, however today I went back in for a nose piercing and the manager not only failed to mention that his employee was not fully trained in piercings (mine got messed up), but when we asked him for a discount and to take responsibility of his untrained, nervous employee, he yelled at us and told us it was our fault. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Him and his employee refused to listen to what we wanted and pushed their own opinions on us and did whatever they wanted.

Called in to ask for an appointment because I don't like waiting in line said well you can just come in 10-15 minutes and we will take you. I come in 15 minutes later and had to wait 1 and a half hours to get a 10 minute haircut (and that's me being generous was probably less than 10 minutes) I asked for an undercut because that was my last one and he couldn't even follow a premade line that was there from last time like he made the underside back of my head look like a square! You would assume they would at least be able to do a undercut but nooo. Don't ever recommend going here! Went to Murray's Hairstyling before this one and it was 100x better! Too bad it was closed and I had to get my hair ruined here!

Want to be treated like you don't matter and get a bad haircut? This is your place... Three times I went in and had a different person each time, all three times I asked them to NOT snag my eyebrow ring, they all laughed like they would never and ALL three did it. It hurt very much but they never apologize or anything. Every haircut I have had here was awful, I only went because it is close to home, now I go much farther to get a good cut. The tall greasy guy who calls everyone "Buddy" at the front really makes this place feel like a dive bar more than a hair dresser.

My stylist took her time and was very friendly. However...I was shocked at the bill as their sign says $22.00 and up for women's cuts. I was quoted $30.00 on the phone. My bill was $47.00.... for a pixie cut on fine hair!!!! Not kosher!

I am not impressed with this place. Last Summer I paid $75 to get my nose pierced. I was told to clean the piercing everyday until healed. A week after having my nose pierced it got really infected. It was so bad I had to take the piercing out and let the hole grow back. The next time I got my nose pierced I went to a hairdresser in bonniedoon mall and they did an amazing job. I have had my nose pierced for over a year now without any issues. Last week I went to back to Escada hair to buy an extra ring for my nose. When I got home I washed the ring and soaked it in hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes before putting it in my nose. I wore the ring in my nose for 3 days and about 1 hour ago I took it out to clean my piercing and my nose is once again infected. Every other piece of jewelry that I have put in my nose has NOT infected it so I will be going back to ask for a refund for the $10 I spent buying three nose rings i now cannot use.

I have been coming here for years and few reasons for that. Wonderful staff, respectful, experienced and take good care of the customers. I have gotten hair cuts from few different stylist here and never had a bad cut. And very reasonable price for the level of service being provided. Very happy with them and will continue to get my hair cuts from them in the future.

I was initially hesitant about going here to get hi lights/low lights added into my hair as I viewed this place was mainly a hair cutting salon but took my chances as it’s close to were I live. I had the service done with Janice and was super happy with the outcome . She was very knowledgeable and made me feel a lot more at ease . I definitely recommend Escada for not only haircuts but coloring too !!

My very first and only experience was.... I had about 4 inches of my natural dark roots and the mid/end were highlighted, my hair was chest length. I asked the hair dresser for a chin length haircut and not to touch my roots but to add more highlights to the ends... I was there from 6pm to 9pm when they were supposed to be closing... my haircut not finished (just cut once to get the length off), my roots orange and ends white. I was really upset and was in tears and the hairdresser had the nerve to tell me that I looked pretty when I cry. The receptionist guy was so worried about me paying that he didn't even care that I was upset. I told them I don't care about the cost, I just want what I asked for and it to be fixed. I paid 50% that night and the rest when they fixed it. I did get the manager to fix my hair two days after but he was very rough, I will never go back.

Great salon! I always have trouble finding a quality salon that knows how to cut men’s hair. Most hair stylists cut too much hair off( scissor happy) but the staff Escada are great listeners and always give me the cut and style I want. Highly recommend for men’s long hair.

Received the worst haircut of my life here on Friday, then paid $50 for it. I had forgot my mask at home and they did provide me one, however as I sat there in my mask getting my haircut, my hairdresser had a 5 min conversation about hair product with another employee directly behind my chair, both with their masks off. I also observed several employees with their masks down walking through the salon.

A five because I left happy. The journey of getting there was not what I expected from the name Escada, however no journey is alike. Long story very short, I left with a beautiful cut and colour -thank you Toni, we will have a long term happy relationship - reasonably priced, feeling like a princess, with a gift, and everyone loosened up with a good laugh and a great outcome! It tells you that even if you witness something, it may turn into something else in the end. Look forward to my next visit.

Went there on a Friday evening last minute to get a wash and style. The man at the front was kind and respectful and said he would see if it was possible. He promptly let me know they could fit me in in just a few minutes and he was true to his word. The lovely stylist was very knowledgeable and skilled she did exactly as I asked. The price was incredibly reasonable and I left happy and with a great style. I will be returning here for sure.

Do not recommend getting your nose pierced here. I have gotten piercings before at other places and im really good at taking care of them. When i came here i wasn’t satisfied with the actual piercing because she pierced it higher than where i wanted. The lady also gave me absolutely NO information about proper cleaning or anything . All she said was that the piercing has no backing and in a “little while” i can change it. Now about 4 weeks in (i have been cleaning it properly the entire time), i have a huge bump and im scared i might have to take it out and let the hole close, and pay all over again to get it done. Do NOT go here for a nose piercing you’ll just waste your money.

The hairdresser was very pleasant and talkative. She followed my instructions explicitly. I was extremely please with the final result. Do find them somewhat pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. I definitely would recommend this salon. Many of the staff have been there for years.

I don't know if all of the hairdressers are like this but this salon needs 0 stars the costumer service is UNACCEPTABLE. one of my kids came crying after saying the hairdresser aggressively pulled there head and hair to cause them pain. I asked for a Mohawk haircut but they gave the tiniest Mohawk ever like that one girl from YouTube doing a ponytail tutorial and failed I am disappointed now his classmate make fun of hi. Of how of a baby he looks like and won't let him play fortnite with them
