Would not recommend. Booked my appointment weeks in advance and wasn't notified that my 10 am appointment was cancelled until stepping out of an uber at 10:01 am. I completely understand that emergencies happen but communication is easy, especially via text and email. Definitely a weird way treat a customer when your business relies on customers not acting the same way.

I know you will delete this post like you did to my friend, I will post it on my social media if you do. You charge my friend $300 for a bad result. He want instant dreads you tell him it's 4 different stages. Instant dreads is a one day process. That why it is call instant dreads. Then you make him come back wanting him to spend more money to do a next process. You then send for a stylist that does the right thing but you wanted her to work over garbage. You and your staff stood the and laughed at him. Terrible service. I do not recommend.

It was my first time at EbonyB Salon but it certainly won’t be my last. I had the pleasure of having a young lady by the name of Gereeka as my stylist. She was punctual for our appointment and has such a pleasant and calm demeanour it made me feel so relaxed. I went in for a wash and deep condition treatment and I can’t even express how light my head felt after she was done. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. I have mixed hair and my daughter has very kinky hair and finding someone who can style us both with experience is almost never possible. My daughter and I went to see Gereeka and I am sure I will never need to find a new hairstylist again. She is so knowledgeable about hair and not just styling but maintenance I was blown away. She paid attention to every detail when doing my braids and was on point with product and care for maintaining my daughters natural hair. The price was reasonable and worth it and she is a joy to spend time with.

Who's here in 2022? Everyone needs to check out EbonyB Hair Studio... Steve the barber is a cut above the rest! I went in last December, with dry brittle hair, that was breaking off from my scalp- in many different spots. I was very apprehensive of what could be done, but Steve's calm and reassuring demeanour saved the day, by his immense expertise and charming wit. He not only gave me a great cut to suit my face, but the confidence to hold my head up high! Thanks again Steve!

Staff’s extremely friendly! Barber named Steve specifically is absolutely amazing at cutting hair. Main issue is it takes a massive chunk out of your day to get your haircut here. Can take upwards from 2-3 hours. Otherwise, it’s the best in town.
