Staff name is Reshmi. Everytime we go there we have to wait even after booking appointment. Same thing happened today. Told us to come at 12:15. We went there and the shop was closed. She came 5 min. late and ask us to wait as she had another customer waiting. At 12:45 we were still waiting so we decided to come back home.
