Nancy is the best hairdresser I've ever met. She is the only one I will get my hair done from now on. The best experience I've ever had with a hairdresser. Nancy is very easy to talk to and made my 6 hour sit very easy as she was very welcoming and understanding. She makes your experience very comfortable. We talked the most of the time and she knew exactly what i wanted and explained everything she was going to do and how it was going to get completed. What I went in for was a color correction, a new hair color with highlights, a cut and a style. And when I was done and walked out, I got exactly what I wanted. I also got some of their product that they have in store for sale, and it's the best product I've ever used in my life! Divas is the only Hair Salon I will ever go to! I've been super impressed by Diva's and Shelby in particular. She always does a great job cleaning up my undercut style pixie cut. She talked to me about the possible consequences of my intense at-home bleaching habit without talking down to me (trust me, I already knew it was horrible) and during my last visit she suggested a mask treatment that left my fried, white-blonde hair feeling silky instead of crispy. I'm currently suffering from a combination of postpartum hair loss and terrible hair choices (new baby always cries when I shower so in a moment of sleep deprivation just gave myself a crew cut with the dog's clippers). As soon as I have enough hair to work with I'll be heading back to Diva's for a proper hair cut and hopefully a less damaging approach to blondness.

She took her time and used unique techniques to get the perfect look! After I told her my hair is hard to curl she was determined to give ne tips and walked me throthe process so I could do it myself. Courtney also was giving me tips on my colour as I need to get a colour correction. She had some amazing ideas and seemed excited to do it so she did it for me that day! The colour is perfect! I am beyond happy with my hair and experience.

I tried out Diva's for the first time a few weeks ago. I WISH I KNEW ABOUT THEM YEARS AGO!! :D What a great atmosphere! All the girl's seem to have a really nice vibe working together, you could really feel it. I requested Jessica as my stylist, and I won't go anywhere else from now on! I had a drastic change of hairstyle, from long old 80's style to an updated reverse bob AND really cool undercut. For years I would only allow myself to cut my hair because I was always disappointed in other hairstylists cutting my hair. But I now know I've got someone to trust with my hair when having such a big change in style and LOVING it!! I highly recommend going here for any beauty treatment you want. I was even able to go to their website and book my own appointment! How wonderful is that!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Long story short I got an injury and couldn't brush my hair which caused a huge horrible matted knot to form in my hair. I originally called to book with Katrina since she's been my stylist for a few months now but she wasn't available yesterday so Jensen came in on her day off to help me. 5 and a half hours later I left with the biggest smile on my face and my beautiful long thick hair back to normal. I am so incredibly thankful for the hard work from Jensen and Jessica! It was more work than they expected but they were amazing and took time from their busy grad day to help me. To top it all off Katrina came in and finished the job off with a beautiful style for me :) I'm super picky with my hair but I will most definitely be back for more styles and colour from the amazing staff at Divas! I love what Clarissa did to my hair! She took the time to listen to me and achieved the color and cut I wanted right off the bat! She is the sweetest, and her experience shows! Dear reply, (I have my original post in the photos due to not having enough characters on my previous post, I wish I could just reply to your post) I think you may have accidentally copy and pasted your reply from a different post to my review. I expected a reply such as "I am sorry this happened could you contact me at ###-####. So I can learn more about what happened." But if you did post this with a different intent I feel it is important to address a few falsehoods that you may or may not be aware of: 1. The only relationship with your salon and stylists, are one of a client - stylist relationships 2. I did not name the stylist out of curtesy as we all make mistakes but we need to learn and grow from them 3. I do not have a "vendetta" against anyone affiliated with your salon nor do I really know anyone at your salon to do so. 4. My hair is "truly damaged". That is provable fact. As stated above the stylist that I was seeing prior to my two visits to your salon and who I am now seeing again is willing to discuss these facts. (She has her red seal and is willing to have a conversation on what could change and how to hopefully prevent this for happening, because the fact is, it did happen). I am worried about washing my hair every time because chunks of it come out (I have photos). I am scared to brush it, touch it, or do anything with it! 5. I was a client and you have not provided a 100% guarantee. I did not know the extent of the damage until I went back to my old stylist. I'll give you an example: you buy a car, it's had a 12 point check and your told everything is good the car is in great shape not a problem in sight. You like how the car looks but something feels off after you buy it, when you change gears it feels different but you don't know what it is; you're not a mechanic. So you decided to take it to the shop you have used for years after having it for a month. They have a look because to you, "something's off". The mechanic that you went to for years lets you know that the clutch is almost completely stripped and if you don't fix it immediately the clutch will fail and you will not be able to put it in gear. Is that your fault for not knowing that? Or the dealership and mechanic that sold it to you, a month ago that guarantee their service and cars? 6. I do have an issue and I would love to have a calm, polite, professional conversation. However, when I did call I was told the owner was unavailable I do still hope we can have an open dialogue about my post and your salon and your stylist can move forward, grow, learn and have a flourishing, successful business. I also want to thank you for all your support within the community! It takes a village.

She took her time explaining everything she was doing, she gave me a budget, and did what she could without damaging my hair. She planned everything out for me and made sure I was okay with each step before she did it. It was a long time in the chair but totally worth it for the hair and confidence I walked out with! She has fixed my hair countless times after I was stupid enough to go to someone else! Every time I get my hair done I come out so happy. Shelby is knowledgeable and up to date on hair trends. She makes sure to keep my hair healthy and listens to what I would like done with my hair. She is always ready with a suggestion if my idea isn't plausible. She is the only person I trust to do my hair now. Shelby is so friendly and makes the experience a good one. I've recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so!

Stay away!!!! We had an appointment booked for 10:15 on a Saturday. We received two confirmation texts with the date and time detailed. We arrived 10 minutes early to find the salon closed.. nobody answered the phone and nobody returned our voicemail. We had booked this appointment as we had family photos that day. Its extremely unprofessional to just miss a appointment as a stylist without reaching out to your client. We luckily scrambled and got in at another salon.

I would like to thank each and every girl that works at Diva's, My son got married July 29 and my family flew in from Ontario I made a hair appointment for 4 of us and I had an eye lash extension, the girls there made sure we walked out of that salon feeling like beauty queens.
